I just switched to shots myself from using compounded T gel. Used T cream before that. Depends on what base they use for compounding also. Pharmacist changed to PLO base said it absorbed better. Worked ok at first but then I seem to not feel so high. Might be in my mind though. I just didnt like doing it everyday though. My dht is high already so probably better to be on shots.
Glad that you did changed to shots.
You should have little problem getting this three (major) numbers at desired level:
FreeT
FreeE2
FreeT3
You just need to have a trust in the system, stick tightly to schedule and do this three tests at Quest often enough:
Estradiol, Free, LC/MS/MS (36169X)
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS)
FreeT3
Adjust so your numbers are
Estradiol, Free (0.45-0.6) pg/mL
BioT on top of range
FreeT3 on top of range
Do E2D schedule.
One day (T + Liquidex)
next day HCG
Using Liquidex is important, there is no way to cut Arimidex evenly and uneven doses wreak havoc in e2 levels.
One more, when handling HCG, reduce time outside the fridge to minimum, hold the vial by the top with just tips of fingers.
Just so you transfer minimum heat.
I am using my HCG to the end.
Using 250iu/E2D
10000/250*2=80 days
no problems
========================
about
Estradiol, Free (0.45-0.6) pg/mL
proper range is work in progress,
last time I had
E2=29
FreeE2=0.75
I already was ok erection vise, but I have increased my Liquidex (tiny bit) in an effort to get closer to the Quest recomended 0.45
I think FreeE2 is much more precise indicator then guesses on E2 levels.
It is similar situation as if trying to use TotalT as the one and only indicator for proper T levels (hopeless).
I do not think we ever want to be below 0.45.
