The one place on my body that I'm seeing the greatest body comp change is my chest. Looks like I gained an inch of thickness lol just sticks out more or its more cut. I wonder if it's because that's where I apply it.

I have seen results in all areas..
 
As I said before, I applied 2 pumps directly to my bad shoulder, and spread the remaining 4 through my shoulders, traps, chest and down to my abs. I could definitely tell the difference in those areas. Cant wait to get my new bottles!
 
Ive wondered about the arm pits. Its a sensitive area,seems like it would absorb well there. Thoughts?
It's my spot of choice for transdermals :D

I'm doing chest tomorrow probably. Just bought myself a jump rope also. Drinking almost a gallon of milk a day now so I gotta keep the fat off lol

Calories and protein man! I work in surgery and get one break for lunch so eating every two hours is not obtainable for me. Gotta get my calories when I can. I force all the food I can when I can. Can't get enough cals without puking since its in such a small amount of time. Milk it is lol

Dude! I never thought about that!! The days and nights that I work part time at EMS , I get days where Incant get enough time to make anything, let alone eat it. Might have to give that a shot. Nice! Thanks

1g protein per oz... Can't go wrong. Easy to drink a few oz if your short protein to get to your 30g in a sitting...

Have you ever tried "Fair life" milk? I drink a ton of that stuff. 1.5g of protein per ounce. Can't beat that

Awesome Workout this morning! I stop applying Androcrine for 3 days, and this morning I applied 4 pumps My workouts was crazy insane!

I had some Explosive Power during repetition! Endurance and Sweating has increase, and Joints Feel amazing!
 
I have always been a moderate light lifter.
But very strong and powerful.
To me building a body it's all about Focus,Deit,Sleep,and Proper Lifting Form..

I love training arms! Who doesn't lol I kill arms more than anything. It's easier, less tiring and da pump!
 
Yeah, got arms today too... I don't get how people start their week training those secondary muscle groups like legs... Pffft. What's the point of that?

Sometimes I have no choice, just depends on my schedule at different jobs and where Im at in workout rotation. For instance, I ended up doing chesticles and triceps today. But it felt great
