That was actually a good question. I was suprised by the recomping he had at a caloric surplus on AM, wondering how AB will treat the cals in comparison.
 
10/24

I will update on my strength and workout today. Friday, I will post my week 3 review along with my new weight. up until yesterday, i gained 3 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. will weigh in Friday to get my week 3 weight.

Today i did chest. Started with BB bench - 1 warmup with stretching followed by three working sets 12/10/8. ended with 245x7. previous was 235 x 8 a week ago. ill take that. next i did DB incline three working sets. i hate doing these after BB bench. my chest is already shot. i could only do 95 but in the past when i did these after a major chest lift like bench, my highest was 90x8. up 5 pounds and it was the first time i have done them in about 3 weeks. maybe even 4. then i did decline machine press. ended with 3 plates + 25 on each side for 8 reps. my last chest workout was a burnout of 3 sets of machine flys to really get a stretch. did first set 20 reps, second set 14 reps, third set 8 reps.

im starting to notice some size in the mirror, especially in my arms. legs are getting a little bigger as well. week 3 update with new weight will come friday​

yeah i just couldnt grow off of andromass. i mean i got sick and still gained 5-6 pounds though. i lost 4 pounds during that weekend i was puking and couldnt eat anything. pissed me off

bad news. i thought i had 2 bottles of androbulk but i only have 1 AB and 1 andromass v3. do you guys think i should stop AB at week 4 and do my PCT of Mass FX + Anabeta + Erase Pro + DAA or continue with 4 weeks of andromass? most votes win lol
 
yeah i want to but im not sure if the gains will continue to build or it will be like starting over with a new cycle of andromass and wont kick in till week 3/4

It will continue to build since bulk has 4-dhea and so does mass
^^^This, both contain 4-DHEA so it isn't starting over although given your previous experience with AM I would bump cals bud and bump them now while you still have some time on AB
 
yeah on AM im gonna eat dirty more often. probably 3-4x a week vs twice a week like now. thanks for your input. i think u all will like my PCT as well :D
 
Week 3 update

Strength is slowly on the rise. no weight change so in 3 weeks ive gained 3 pounds. vascularity has been straight up awesome. seeing veins ive never seen before

today i did arms with leg press

wide grip BB curl, preacher, 21s

reverse grip bench, rope extension, skull crushers

leg press


all of these did 12,10,8

im ready for the gains to come!

Monday 10/29

Did back today. i weighed in and i gained 1/2 pound so thats 3 1/2 pounds in almost 4 weeks. Thursday I will be starting my Andromass.

4 sets of T Bar Row

3 sets of Lat Pulldown

3 sets of seated V Bar row

3 sets of reverse flys machine

3 sets of sumo deads

Had another really good workout. my buddy who hasnt seen me in about 5 weeks said i look bigger than the last time i saw him....thats always good to here. my endurance is great on this stuff. Today i was very very tired so im not sure if its starting to cause some lethargy like andromass did but we will see.
 
Always nice to hear from others that you have gotten bigger, it's hard to tell when you see yourself everyday and don't notice the changes.
 
hahahaha for sure!!!

my upper back is shot today. i hardly ever get sore on back. something i love to do is shrug at the top of deadlifts.
 
im officially done with AB and tomorrow ill start andromass. no weight change so in 4 weeks gained 3 1/2 pounds. not bad for something that kicks in late.

Today i did chest. im already sore and its only been a few hours since i trained. i actually did less than what ive been doing, weird.

BB Incline chest - 12, 8, 4

DB Flat - 12,10,8

Machine flys - 3 sets drop set with static hold at the very end

very minimal strength gains with AB. excited for the start of AM...curious to see how it will bleed over into these next 4 weeks
 
Looks like the log ends here guys. No point in giving a review of it if you guys can't buy androseries products. Thanks for following along.
