Andro-Shred Pulse Cycle (SD Clone) log (before pics added)+++After Cycle pics added

Stats:
- Age: 27
- Weight 164 lbs
- Heigh 5' 10"

-Been lifting for about 3 years, workout routine is more or less instinctive. I do about 15-20 sets per workout depending on bodypart.

-PH history 2 previous cycles of Hdrol, finished last one up in November.

-The goals of this cycle are to , gain 8-10lbs of muscle, drop bodyfat (but will not be doing to much cardio) probably 10-15mins of HIIT x3 times a week.

-Will be consuming between 2500-3000 cals ED, 150-200grams of protein ED.

Pulse Androshred(sd clone) (20mg) 4 days on // 3 days off ...for 5 or 6 weeks
AMS 4-AD on off days and on days if Im feeling lethargic
GNC Fish oil 2 caps daily
1000mg Vit C daily
4000 iu's Vit. D3 daily
GNC Multi
PP Liver Juice 5ml x2 daily
Taurine 1000mg Daily

Unfortunately I got injured and havent worked out since the begining of PCT, so in these pics I have been immobile for about a week and a couple of days, also am down to my starting weight :(

I'm in too. I like how you went straight to 20. I prob. should've done that as well. You don't think the 3 day break is a day too long though? Either way..good luck man! Eat good, work out hard!!

I was thinking the same thing about going off for 3 days, I will see how its going after 2 weeks of running it in that manner, if Im not seeing results or im not happy with it . I will change it up to 2 on and 2 off.
Hoping it works out though.

I figure as long as im keeping up with my cals, and hitting it hard the results will come. I just hope I dont get to many noticable sides, my gf doesnt want me running anymore cycles, she says I get to irritac with my behavior :P
 
********Day1 - 20mg Andro Shred 1hr before hitting the gym.

Worked Chest and Bi's, After a week off from the gym to heal up a bit before the cycle. I felt great at the gym nothing unusual as of yet. Wasnt expecting anything though. Slightly thirstier than usual.

Not posting up weight, I usually do 2 sets 10 of 50-60% max weight, and 2 sets of 70-80% max weight . I will only post weight when I surpass any PR :D

4 x Flat Bench
4 x Decline Bench
4x10 Wide Grip Dips
4 x Dumbbell Chest Press
3 x Decline Curls
3 x Hammer Curls
3 x Standing Barbell Curls
3 x Cable curls

Worked Abs and did 15mins of HIIT.

Worked Back and Tri's..Felt great at the gym. Was looking a tad more vascular than usual, and my usual Deads weight was feeling easier. Might be due to the week off though. Not expecting the SD to kick in as off yet. Was drinking tons of water throughout the workout.

********Day 3 -10mg 7am and 10mg 5pm , 1hr before hitting the gym

Felt amazing in the gym today, felt like week 3 of Hdrol mentally, sorta demi-godish walking around. Arms are pumped and vascular, moreso than regularly. Sweated more than usual, could be from drinking so much water, about 3 liters so far today.


4x Squats (10,10,8,6)
3x Leg Presses (10,8,6)
4x Leg Curls (10,10,8,6)
4xOverhead Press (10,10,6,6)
3xShoulder Fly Machine (10,10,8,8)

Great workout today, light weight // high reps, chest and bi's. Was looking vascular as hell today, veins were nice and thick on arms and shoulders. Felt great, nice pumps.The SD seems to have been activated :P this was not a regular workout :)

** Seems like I got some sides to report, kept waking up for no reason last night, also had a shooting pain down my left leg during the night. Nothing major though.

Taking 3 days off due to my pulse cycle, so I wont be reporting til the 19th (saturday)

*Workout was pretty great, didnt feel extra anything. But one thing to note I was didnt tire at all throughout the WO which was nice.

**Had an excellent workout today, was feeling euphoric and in the zone. Even though I slept like 4hours last night (seems as if this is going to be the side effect im gonna have to deal with :( )..

***Worked legs, did 10 reps of my previous max on leg presses (14x45=630lbs)
Had maximum pump on legs today has to be due to the SD + 4-AD.. Cant wait to see what next week brings:heart: ***

Shoulder Workout was Sick, Felt unstoppable today. Really wish, I could run the SD straight..I cant even imagine how this Sh*t will put me in overdrive....

Weight 167lbs (Dry Morning) Not really gaining much weight but the mirror is showing me being alot more leaner. Something Great is happening.


--Sides to report, lack of sleep obviously due to SD dosing days , also have had a couple nose bleeds. But im prone to those. Libido is the same, but it seems im a bit more mechanical when tapping it, lol. Sorta like a robot with no off switch :P
 
Also thing to note, AMS 4-Ad seems to be a nice test base so far. Havent felt lethargic at all so far. Might order another bottle and use it during PCT.
 
dude up your fish oil to 6 caps at least ED if not 8-10. Esp the days your ON. You could drop the torem from PCT, its not needed. 3k mg of Vit C too for cort control.

Pulsing is odd, ive pulsed Epi with sh!tty results and a SD/tren/AI clone (finaflex 550) with decent results. I would go to 30mg by wk3. 10 pre 10 post, 10 3.5hr pre/10 10min pre/10 post.

Yes I have upped fish oil to 4 caps ED, but 6 (3 in the am, and 3 pm) it does seem more logical. The vit. C , im taking like 3 or 4 chewables 500mg each, plus the multi and drink my supps with OJ.

Pulsing is odd, ive been seriously debating if I should just pulse 2 weeks and run 2 straight afterward. Dependant on the results of this weeks pulse, so far 2 days in the second pulse and things are looking decent, but not mindblowing like I was expecting, but wth its only been 6 days worth of dosing :P

Looking at your suggestion of just upping the dose and that does look like it would be something I might do.

@ your SD/tren/AI clone cycle how did you run it? dosage , weeks etc. Did you run the AI throughout the cycle?

BTW torem is a must imo, even if it is a pulse.
 
I started a thread about a Havoc pulse. Search and you ll find it, there are great examples of a OFF and ON day. I dont remember everything I was taking at the time. But i did pulse for 5wks and than went into a stright cycle of SD for 13 days.

*Had a nice workout, was laggy as hell, sleep has been a big issue so far when im "on". But once I got warmed up, I was zoned and lifts were effortless. Workout was great, just regret doing such a thorough shoulder WO yesterday. Otherwise great stuff.
Recovery seems awesome so far , even if im not getting much sleep.

*Sides to report, lack of sleep 3hrs if that, and have been getting really deep into my head and kinda of withdrawn, sorta sucks since my job requires me to be social.

** Another sh*tty feeling day, woke up in a terrible mood and basically started of wrong, probably due to not sleeping well. Nevertheless workout was excellent, felt like I could go all day, wasnt to pumped , I just didnt really tire out lol. Good stuff so far. Body is definately improving, shoulders are tighter, and abs are popping more, Legs stay pumped and the split is becoming more defined :D


**Side effects, lack of sleep and feeling overall down and sh*tty for half the day.

***Had to dose some TCF-1 with 40mg of 4-ad, seemed to help mood and I ended having some killer make up sex with gf. Chewed her ass out unnecissarily early in the day. Im glad im pulsing, cause I think I would go berserk on SD :P

Oh another thing to mention weight is down to 164lbs, although muscles look fuller and I feel stronger. Might be the fact im drinking so much water and Whizzing like a horse every 3-4hrs.

Workout was sweet, lifts went up today and I felt like going higher didnt want to push it though. I'll wait for next Heavy Chest/Bi day and see how much more I can put down. Felt amazing in the gym focused and strong. Stuff is really kickin and im loving it.

**Dry Morning weight 169 :D Feeling and looking alot leaner.
 
Havent worked out since Sunday night, getting a strange clicking on my shoulder so im resting it til Friday.
So just been doing Incline treadmill and killing on ABS.
Will update on 4/8.

Weight is still lingering around 169lbs.
 
Cycle went to crap so far, looks like the shoulder injury is getting better.
So Ive been hitting legs and ABS hard.

Day 33** Weight , Happy to report is at 173 ( +8lbs )

Notable Personal record, did 2x5 leg presses @ 720lbs .. Felt stoked as hell, couldve thrown more weight....
but thats exactly how I jacked up my shoulder, weight was moving to easy and decided to up the weight while sacrificing form :(

Going to dose x2 more days, then on to PCT.
 
Pretty much had atrophy since week 1..But im prone to it, every Halo cycle ive ran has gave atrophy.

No nipple sensitivity though.
 
Well folks yesterday 2nd day of PCT.
I was leg pressing 680lbs did one set of 3. All fine and dandy, get down for my next set, 2nd rep..."POP" on my right knee all of sudden on the way down, basically pushed the weight up with one leg.
Turns out I have to go get an MRI scan, they did some x-rays but nothing showed up...Fu**en Sucks.. Looks like it could be a torn ligament.
This cycle has been a damn wash, AT least im up to 173lbs, but I will mostly likely lose most of it :(

.. I look alot leaner and my bicep/tri cut is more pronounced than ever, chest and delts area wider ( will post pics tomorow) but sad that I feel so deflated, depressing really. All this work down the drain, due to not being disciplined enough.

Hopefully ill be back in the gym by next week (upper body ).

The cycle wasnt really a wash, I learned to focus more on my lifting technique and form. Shoulder injury was due to improper form, and well MCL tear was due to racking to much weight.

All in all SD was definately potent, strength gain and lifts were unreal. every week I was able to up the weight on most of my lifts, esp legs..


No more Pulsing SD for me, although I had all my supps , diet and workouts planned out ideally imo. I was not mentally there, my focus was elsewhere throughout. Esp on my days off, sorta felt like I had those days off to slack.

I will probably run 1.5 weeks of SD and M-LMG on my next cycle, mid summer.

I read his story at Invalid Link Removed about him hurting himself before I started my first SD Pulse Cycle, when I was still researching.
It helped me in knowing to hold back and not push too hard during my SD Pulse Cycle and not hurt myself.

I had huge strength gains during my first SD Pulse cycle, like your describing:

strength gain and lifts were unreal. every week I was able to up the weight on most of my lifts

I know I could have pushed more weight. But I kept thinking, hold back, don’t want to hurt my self like I have read others have.

I have actually read this quite a bit since. You talk of lifting technique and form, but I believe even with perfect lifting technique and form we can still hurt ourselves on a SD cycle since the strength increase is so much.

So live and learn, hold back, don’t push too hard next time.
It’s not a race; it’s not worth hurting yourself, again.

Exactly, it was a live and learn cycle. Although I was totally aware of it, but still my body wanted more weight, and well I paid for it. Next time I will be alot more cautious.

Posted after pics, mind you that im exactly the same weight 165lbs, in the after pics..and well I have been inactive since pct, so im feeling/looking pretty flat , plus im on arthrotec..
