This is my first time posting here as I have recently started my cutting routine. And today was my first workout in about three months and it was much needed. Today’s workout was chest and I definitely feel like I really worked it! Although I did get tired after about the third exercise I kept going regardless. I’m sure it’s partially due to the fact that I am experimenting a little lifting with different weights as my reps and sets are relatively higher than in my old routine.



Erin, is there a warm up that I should be doing before I start each workout? Also, I’m really struggling on dips as I’m only able to do 2-4 without any weights. Any suggestions?

 
Warmups are your own choice. You can always just do one or two light sets and that should be enough.

Use the assisted dip machine if you have one. If not, just work your way up.
