Taste: Remind me kind of like a cherry tart, real tasty and pleasantly sweet. Dissolves in 2 seconds at most.
Packaging: simple and easy to open the seal, so that I can slide a strip to my tongue.
Performance: This is where this product shines my fellow gym warriors. I took a strip before muay thai training and did not expect too much. Boy was I wrong, I was breathing better than normal, sweating more than normal, yet more explosive. I thought maybe it was placebo or just a lack of b-12 in my system. So I used before MMA training all week. My trainer goes up to me yesterday, and tells me, "seriously, what are you taking? Because you have had insane consistant energy, you are like an energizer bunny." I knew right there these stips were no joke. These WILL be a part of my staples supps, this is as good as it gets when it comes to Vitamin B-12.:cheers:
