Ancient Strength some good reasons

I recently went through almost a 20 week cut where I went from really fat strongman to lean strongman, while even gaining some muscle. Carbs got lowered and energy fell short. If it wasn't for the ingredients found in ancient strength I'm not sure if I would have had the energy for my crazy strength training. Creatine really helps keep the endurance up in those rep ranges when the body really has no carbs to go off of.

What else comes with the loss of carbs, well obviously the loss of glycogen. This means you lose that full look. The ingredients found in Ancient Strength helped restore some of that fullness back into the muscle. Actual physical experience can make a big difference in performance. When you look good you feel good. Without those ingredients it would be hard to say I wouldn't have went completely nuts.

Whether your looking for a little more umph in your reps or to be a little more full, when you're looking for creatine be sure to look your way over to ancient strength.
 
Nice review man. Creatine definitely has it's role when dieting whether it's for mass or body fat reduction.

Very true...I've tried every creatine under the sun when it came out and I still end up going back to mono, and Ancient strength controls the bloat normally associated with it from everything I've heard:yup:
 
I think the common conception that creatine mono bloats u turns people away from it so I want to try and get the word out that this stuff doesn't cause that

Really?:wow: Damn you are another lucky one. I always bloat up within about 3-4 days of starting creatine and lose some vascularity and definition in the process

same here. The cheap bulk powders are worthless to me, they just make my body fill up with water.

Ancient Strength is supposed to be much better with bloating so its something I'm going to have to give a try ;)
