Anavar: Your Experience?

Running 40mg Anavar for 8 weeks. I know what to expect, i just want to hear what you guy's experienced with Var.

Please include dosage, and how long you ran it for.

What week you saw gains, what type of gains they were, ya' know, the whole works.

Tell me about it mang. I guess nobody here has ever ran Anavar...
 
I have ran var before.. One thing I would recommend is that if you are running it alone, to up your dosage. I ran 75mg everyday alone and noticed good gains in strength, vascularity, and endurance. Size obviously isnt a main concern while running var, so no increase in size. If you are stacking it with something 50 mg should suffice, but 40mg alone? I would say thats not enough to get full effect.... Idk, I am 275 pounds so that might have something to do with it

What are your goals?

I've heard of people running 80mg cycles, i dont think upping the dosage like that really helps, if anything your'e wasting expensive ass Var,i believe 40mg would be the sweet spot, i havn't started yet though, so i'll see. I was hoping to run this very mild cycle and get better vascularity, mild strength gains, just enough to get me where i want to be. So overall, i'm just doing 40mg because i want to. Nothing less, nothing more.

At what week did you see noticable strength gains?
 
Thats totally understandable then. You should notice fairly good results for what you are wanting...

I could feel energy and increased stamina within the first week, strength came around 2-3 weeks along with the vascularity..

I just like the feeling I have while on var, sense of well being. haha

Hmm, thanks for that info, i've havn't read that anywhere else, so i'm glad Var gives a since of well-being while on, one more thing to look foward to.
 
Yea, it's something I always felt on it. I always made sure to take 1 of my dosages right before going into the gym. Idk, maybe it was all psychological. I'll take it either way.

I have some Var, what is the general doseage & period? i will be using it with test and bold, would 60mg suffice for 6 weeks?

Also how good are the vascularity and strength gains on it??

Yea bro. 60 mg with test and bold should be a nice combo.. Six weeks should be a good enough, especially stacked.

Vascularity are similar to eq in my opinion. Strength is very nice. More potent than winny on strength...

Why would you even compare the two?

Obviously anybody would rather run M-Drol IF they wanted 25 pounds in a month, and obviously anybody would rather run Var if they wanted a mild cycle with next to no sides and decent gains.

Thats just like me saying "I would rather have a chicken sandwhich than tuna". Sure, they both have protein, but there different in everyway, some preffer one over the other.

Bro, wtf u talkin' bout'?

Did you not see my post above about why i want to run Var? So you just feel T-Bol is better than Var all-around? Var is MUCH better for lean gains. Var is MUCH better for hardening and vascularity WHICH I WANT. Not being a dick, just saying, don't tell me what to run.

I'm just saying that I have tried both and I wasn't pleased by Anavar but I guess it all depends on the person. IMO I think Anavar isn't worth the $.

Hell yeah. I use Mdrol to kickstart my test-e and it works great and for it's cheap price compared to Anavar it always kicks in great. I'll start on 10mg for a few days and I'll jump into 20mg for a week or 2 and unwilling end the dosage to 30ng and never had any sides from it

See that's the point, if i wanted big gains for cheap i would get some SD, but i dont. I want a mild cycle that i can run for 8 weeks that would practically not NEED any type of cycle support plus in the end it's smarter, i'll keep 90% of my gains, i would LOVE to see somebody run M-Drol and keep 90% of gains.

No matter how mild the cycle is it's always smart to PCT why risk any hormonal damage to yourself. If you PCT right and still lift hard and eat you will keep gains. Obviously you won't keep everything but the lbs you lose is mostly water IF YOU PCT RIGHT!

I never said anything about PCT? If i ran Var for 2 ****ing weeks, I WOULD STILL DO A PCT. I said i'm not running "Cycle Support" while running Var. Never said anything about PCT.

I ran var for 8 weeks @ 40mg ED.. I got 7lbs out of it and my diet wasn't all that great..it did have a nice recomp effect on me though. It gave pretty good strength and vascularity. Noticed strength around week 3. If I was to ever run it again I'd probably up the dose though.
Oh and around week 5 I noticed my sex drive was much lower. - Probably good to run a light dose of test with it for normal function.
 
Ive used it, i was 195lb at the time and ran 70mg for 5wks. I was on 400mg of test tho. Really bro, at 216lb id goto 50mg at the min. 60 really, especially if its not stacked with anything else.

Yea, I agreed with this. I had to hit 75mg a day to get good effects.

I started a cycle last week 8wks 5mg upping it to 10 this week I noticed my moods have been serene and my endurance and strength has gone up already. Not looking forward to low sex drive :(

Regardless I think you should still take something to protect yourself from the compound. Is it really gonna kill you to pay $20 for a "just in case" scenario? LoL

milk thistle has not been legitimately proven to prevent damage from oral aas, although it has been proven to act as an anti androgen. Nobody on this board has any reason to use it.

If you can prove me wrong and find some studies, I will take this all back.

Anyways, back to the subject, I prefer epi to var. Cheaper, and does at least just as well a job.

Eh, sure, but Var running at 8 weeks? You can't tell me you'll keep more gains from the Epi cycle.

Sometimes i stack it with Jack, but if i REALLY want liver protection during cycle, i just stack it with Jim, that really seems to help out.
 
I would like to get a update on your results. I thinking about doing the same, go low with Anavar. I want to do the same as you, lean out, keep my weight, get a little bit stronger and KEEP most of my gains. I would like to stack it with hgh though...
