Hello,
What I would like to do is set up a "clean gains" cycle, one that will be slow, consistent, and won't effect my natural test levels down the line. I have never used a steroid before, and am making gains slowly but surely natural, even after years...but I realize I am never going to be where I want to be without a little bit of assistance. My diet is good, I have a very solid foundation of muscle, and have been consistent for years. I am 5'5 and weigh 180 pounds with abs showing. I am not looking to put on 20 pounds in a month, or change myself into a massive monster overnight. I am 22 years old and love lifting weights...I want to do it until the day that I die. My biggest fear is that by using steroids, my own natural levels will be permanently decreased and I will become dependant on drugs for all future gains. I don't want this. Is there anyway I can set up a long term cycle(by long term I mean something somewhat permanent, not meaning that I do not cycle the drugs on and off) and not be naturally inhibited in the long term? If anyone could answer this for me in any more than the speculative I would be very appreciative. I HAVE done research, but I just don't see questions out there geared toward people wanting slow and safe results. All I want is a slow and consistent push to supplement my dedicated lifting and dietary routine.
Thanks in advance.
