Anamorelin liquid form

Anamorelin HCl (ONO-7643), a novel ghrelin receptor agonist, for the treatment of cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome: preclinical profile

Do you have an IV handy?
Apparently it has a 30 minute half life.
The administration of ghrelin in animal studies has resulted in an improvement in food intake, body weight, and lean body mass (LBM) retention [13, 14]. Several clinical trials in human cancer patients have shown that ghrelin was well tolerated and increased food intake [15, 16] and appetite scores [17]. However, due to its short half-life (approximately 30 min) and intravenous administration, the clinical effectiveness of ghrelin remains limited.

I didn't read through the study, but the part you quoted is talking about administering actual Ghrelin isn't it? Anamorelin has a half life of a few hours from what I have seen and was studied at doses of 25mg, 50mg, 75mg, with 75mg causing some insulin resistance.

Everything I have read shows people saying the bloat is much worse on this than MK677, and it is quite a bit more expensive.

I'd run peptides over both personally.
