Just pick'd up some of LG's new goodies. I didn't get to try the original but after talking with a few buddies i figured id give it a try.

I am just finishing up my 1st week, i wasn't using any pre-workout or pump supps prior to taking these 2 products.

I do notice more energy and MUCH better pumps this past week.

Taste: ASGT= bad AP=ok better than ASGT

Now i dont have a problem with the taste really but some Nancey's cause a fuss about how stuff taste's, they wont enjoy these either IMO.\

Dose: 1 scoop ASGT 1 hr pre-workout, 2 scoops AP on my way to the gym (2min walk)

I will keep track of weights and workouts and what i notice. I've been trying to slowly lean out here these past few weeks and will continue while using these. Diet is never the same day to day but i always get in roughly the same amount of macros. I do cardio if i can get the time to and depending how my leg is feeling (can't lift legs for a while and haven't for about 5 weeks, messed up my hamstring)

Great energy today i was kinda dragging all day then about 20min after my ASGT serving i got the motivation to get ish done. Got a good pump in my bi's and shoulders today which i didnt last week (hope it wasn't working them too much :think: ) but also a killer chest pump!
 
This is my third day on AS GT and AP. I agree on the taste..not good at all. I did shake the tub up and this helped. But, I'm not drinkin this stuff for the taste....
Did you start out at 2 scoops of AP? I'm taking just one right now, didn't know if 2 would be noticable.
 
Yea i just started at 2, no real reason other than thought it would be good looking at the ingredient profile and the total amount of the substances in the mixture.

I thought there was no way id get up to workout this morning. I set the alarm for 6:30 to slam my ASGT then went back to sleep and woke up at about 7:15 and slammed 2 scoops of AP. By the time I walked into the gym ~7:30 i was ready to go. Had awesome energy this morning but ended up fading out on the muscle endurance. Pumps were great though.

I did only get about 4-5hr of sleep last night so that may have had something to do with the endurance aspect.
 
I also added in the old P-Sarm, the kind with yohimbe that gave some stomach issues. I started it at 4caps/day here for the 1st week then i'll bump it to 6 here next week. I have just over 2 bottles so i'll run it as long as it lasts me. I dont have any stomach issues at all with this stuff.

Seeing as how I cant really do cardio im just going to try and maintain my current weight and add strength. ANy leaning out from the P-Sarm/ASGT will be great but im not going to really focus on it at the moment. Just eat at maintenance for a while.

Then in roughly 6weeks I'm looking at going into a hardcore cutter with the LG's Natadrol which i'll will log. I am trying to get back into competition shape here this summer...aka try to make my legs in my AVI look FAT!!!!! :lol:
 
Wish I could get my legs to look like yours...I bumped up my dosage tonight to 1 1/2 scoops each of AS GT and AP. Had great energy, focus, and a better pump.
 
Man, I love the taste of GT, I am shocked you don't like it. I've tried a lot of preworkouts including our AS and I love this stuff. Not loving pump as much, it's ok.

Hmmm, I'm the exact opposite. I think the Pump tastes better. I've got 5 tubs so maybe one of them will taste different. What I taste is the aminos...when I use to mix my own pre-wkout drink it was hard to mask the taste of the amino acids. And, I'm squeemish with Wazy Maize Starch. But, at least I know I'm getting alot of goodies in each and every serving. I've mixed the tub up and that has helped alot. Todays serving wasn't as bad as the previous one. Still, excellent product!

yea bro, not a huge fan. How much water do you mix yours with? I mean the smell is absolutely awesome, no doubt there. I'll try shaking up the container 2maro when i use the ASGT.

No workout today, it was an off-day. I forgot to bring the ASGT on my road trip and just got back home, so i didn't get to take any today. Will hit arms 2maro and try the new mix method. Maybe i'll also back it down to 1 scoop of AP and see if anything is different.

I used 1.5 scoops of AP today and pumps were still great. I did bump up my carbs a little bit per day by about 50grams. I dont know if this was the reason, maybe it was the 1.5 scoops. I'm going to drop down to 1 scoop 2maro though and see how it goes.

Strength was up from last week, again could be the added carbs, could be the ASGT/AP combo....time will tell. I was dragging ass again today, had 2 tests this morning as well and didnt really want to work out. I toop my scoop of ASGT and actually lay'd down. I was affraid i was gonna take a nap.....HA! i was ready to go 45min later and killed it.

Good not great workout 2day. I used only 1 scoop of AP and well.....2<1. Im going to stick with 2 from now on. IDK if there was an increase in weights from last week or not bc i didnt write anything down.
 
I loved the combo of ASGT/AP. I kept my ASGT dose at 1 scoop and played around a lot with the AP doses. I even went to 5 scoops on one occasion. The focus and intensity greatly increased and the pumps were awesome.
 
Been busy with road games the past few days. Getting workouts in and they've been pretty good but not great. I think im going to have to jump on a TKD tho. I dont know if its because we only have a few weeks left of school or what but our dinning hall has ZERO complex carbs! I mean ZERO!!!!!!

Im pretty pissed about this. I asked today and they tell me "Sorry, what we have out for the day is what we have"

This kinda started to happen at the end of fall semester as well. So 2maro ill pick up some WMS and start on a TKD. I have some bulk P-Slin i'll start using as well.

I think this is part of the reason my workouts have been kinda crappy. I havent really been getting in enough carbs.

I guess strength wasn't too bad after all. Looking back on what i did, those first sets of 25, 100 total reps probably really depleted my glycogen stores seeing as I'm on a TKD. Pumps started to fade a little but i still killed it in there 2day.
