Sooooo... If any of you are still out there, I want to know if anyone still cares about my cut. I kinda feel like I am talking to myself again... well, the guy and timber are still with me, but other than you two bro's, I haven't heard from anyone for a while.

Therefore, please post if you would like me to finish the last 4 weeks that I was planning on. Because otherwise, I am going to be finishing this 8 weeks, and during these last two weeks, getting ready for my upcoming Epistane cycle. I am already cut past the point I have ever been before, but being cut at 180lbs is cool, but not my goals. I really want to be cut at 200lbs, and that is gonna take some bulking that cutting is just taking away from. I am gonna finish this one with my stats and final pictures, and an all around observation/critique of the supplements and my run.

So... off to start my new log!... I'll post a link soon!

Wed. - Back and Triceps

I had a great back workout. Huge pump. Feeling good.

Back -
Pull Downs - 120x15, 140x15, 160x15, 180x12
Tbar Rows - 135x15, 180x15, 180x12
seated cable rows - 120x15, 140x15, 160x10
Lower lat pressdowns - 40x15, 45x15, 50x12

Triceps
Skullcrushers - 85x15, 105x15, 115x10
Superset
Close grip bench - same weight and reps as skulls.

single arm french press - 25x15, 25x15, 25x15
Superset
Bench Dips - 1 plate x20x3 sets

tricep pressdowns - v grip - 80x15, 100x15, 120x12
Reverse grip tricep pressdowns - 80x15x3 sets

I decided to work out 5 straight days this week because this weekend is going to be a debacle for me. 4th of July, 5th is a gig for my band, and the 6th is my birthday...

So, Thursday I hit Chest and Biceps and HIIT again...

I couldn't help it... I had to go to the gym. But I can seriously feel the wear on my body's energy, I need that rest in the middle. I remember this kinda "sapped" feeling from when I did a 6 on 1 off cycle, and I don't like it anymore when I am out of the gym... I just drag ass everywhere except for the gym.

BTW, I took my first dose of Intrabolic as per Tex's ranting and raving today and really liked the stuff. Kinda tastes funky, but my water got warm by the time I got to the gym... I'll either fill up the shaker at the gym next time or add some ice cubes... I think the warm water was making it worse... I'll get used to it.

Chest
Incline Iso - 135x15, 225x15, 315x4, drop to 225x6 drop to 135x15.
flat iso - 135x15, 185x15, 225x6 drop to 185x6 drop to 135x12
decline iso (first decline set in 2 months) - 225x15 (felt light as hell), 315x15 :D, 405x4 :aargh: PR!!! I had to have a guy hold me down into the seat since my gym doesn't have a seatbelt on the decline Iso... I tried to get the 405 myself and kept sliding up the bench lol. Ever since tex made that video showing him moving 405 on the iso I have had a stick up my ass to do it myself. Did it. woo hoo! Too bad I have like 7 years and 20 lbs on Tex lol.... and that kid is still stronger than me. Props homie. :thumbsup:

Then I got cable flys - 40lbsx15, 50lbsx15, 60lbsx15

Biceps
BB curl - 65x15, 85x12, 95x12, 115x10!!! PR!!! I cant wait to see what I can curl on the Epi! bwahahahahaha!
Hammer curl - 25x15, 30x15, 35x15... that BB curl took it out of me
Single arm cables - 30x15x3 sets

HIIT - Stationary bike 20 minutes.

Feeling good, probably gonna do cardio and abs tomarrow, then take a two day break on the weekend... get some surfing in!
 
So as per request, here is a picture taken of me like 10 minutes ago. I weigh 180 lbs give or take a pound. I do not know my BF% yet... will find out soon along with measurements. I still have a week and a few days to go.

Thanks bro. I am pretty sure I can run a contest prep cut now if I learn from and fix my mistakes that I made this time. I figured out a lot about me and my diet, what works and doesn't, and how fast my body reacts to things. I want to try a few different supps next time, I think that leviathan reloaded is up there on my list of things to check out, but Recreate is gonna be in my arsenal again. AP, well, AP did it's thing, if I got it on sale I would use it again, probably as a secondary supplement in a larger stack.

I learned that Napalm is a great thing, and transdermals work for realz. Gonna be a staple in any cut I run in the future.

If I ran 12 weeks I think I could get pretty freaking ripped. But screw that, I can get freaking ripped when I am over 200lbs. I really just need to work on my lovehandles, and I think they are just the last things that are gonna go... probably would be gone if I went another month... but boy I am looking forward to that first In'N'Out burger...

In-N-Out is the *hit though... I'm wondering if I should throw down a cheat meal, and if so, what should it be.

Yea take cissus, especially cause you fight. You don't want dry joints.

BTW, don't kid yourself bud, Halodrol is active, it's a designer steroid, not a pro-hormone.

I believe the halodrol clone by juggernaut actually comes with 250mg cissus already in there... Not a bad deal...

So I got Chest/Biceps today... no cardio, ran out of time.

I ramped up the intensity today, hit my routine a little different for chest, just an experiment, and I think I liked it! I have started putting ice in my Intrabolic and I am loving it... that stuff is a million times better when it is frosty! As Tex would say, Sippin on that sizzurp! I still love the looks that stuff gets at the gym, everyone wants to know what that crazy green sh*t I am drinking is!

CHEST
Incline dumbbell press - 60x15, 70x12, 85x8
Incline ISO - 135x15, 225x12, 315x1 (no spotter, lost it on the 2nd)135x15
Flat dumbbell press - 70x15, 85x12, 100x5, 65x15
Flat ISO (inside chest) - 135x15, 185x12, 225x10, 135x15
Flat bench Flies - 35x15, 45x15, 55x10

BICEPS
Dumbbell curl - 30x15, 40x15, 50x10 (SIIICK PUMP)

Cable Curl - inside and outside grip ezcurl bar - 120x12 (both grips), 140x10(both grips)

Did some lower abs - hanging leg raises... kinda skipped out on them this weekend. I'll try and hit cardio a few times later in the week... Measurements soon!

That stuff is killer, but not so great on the liver. I'm not saying I won't do it, but that's just something to consider.

Well what do you want to do then? Some A-bombs and some Deca?! :aargh:
