seated cable rows - 120x15, 140x15, 160x10
Lower lat pressdowns - 40x15, 45x15, 50x12
Triceps
Skullcrushers - 85x15, 105x15, 115x10
Superset
Close grip bench - same weight and reps as skulls.
single arm french press - 25x15, 25x15, 25x15
Superset
Bench Dips - 1 plate x20x3 sets
tricep pressdowns - v grip - 80x15, 100x15, 120x12
Reverse grip tricep pressdowns - 80x15x3 sets
I decided to work out 5 straight days this week because this weekend is going to be a debacle for me. 4th of July, 5th is a gig for my band, and the 6th is my birthday...
So, Thursday I hit Chest and Biceps and HIIT again...
I couldn't help it... I had to go to the gym. But I can seriously feel the wear on my body's energy, I need that rest in the middle. I remember this kinda "sapped" feeling from when I did a 6 on 1 off cycle, and I don't like it anymore when I am out of the gym... I just drag ass everywhere except for the gym.
BTW, I took my first dose of Intrabolic as per Tex's ranting and raving today and really liked the stuff. Kinda tastes funky, but my water got warm by the time I got to the gym... I'll either fill up the shaker at the gym next time or add some ice cubes... I think the warm water was making it worse... I'll get used to it.
Chest
Incline Iso - 135x15, 225x15, 315x4, drop to 225x6 drop to 135x15.
flat iso - 135x15, 185x15, 225x6 drop to 185x6 drop to 135x12
decline iso (first decline set in 2 months) - 225x15 (felt light as hell), 315x15

, 405x4 :aargh: PR!!! I had to have a guy hold me down into the seat since my gym doesn't have a seatbelt on the decline Iso... I tried to get the 405 myself and kept sliding up the bench lol. Ever since tex made that video showing him moving 405 on the iso I have had a stick up my ass to do it myself. Did it. woo hoo! Too bad I have like 7 years and 20 lbs on Tex lol.... and that kid is still stronger than me. Props homie. :thumbsup:

Biceps
BB curl - 65x15, 85x12, 95x12, 115x10!!! PR!!! I cant wait to see what I can curl on the Epi! bwahahahahaha!
Hammer curl - 25x15, 30x15, 35x15... that BB curl took it out of me
Single arm cables - 30x15x3 sets
HIIT - Stationary bike 20 minutes.
Feeling good, probably gonna do cardio and abs tomarrow, then take a two day break on the weekend... get some surfing in!
