Anabolic pump questions.

2 cups of Brown rice or 1.5-2 cups whole wheat pasta, so that's 80-120g's, but you could get away with as low as 50 depending on the person.
 
ok so let me get this straight because I have some comming soon. Im dieting and weigh about 200 lbs. 11%bf. So i would take 15 min pre am meal w/ bout 60gr complex carbs (oatmeal).......pre w/o with 60gr complex carbs (1/2 cup slow cook long grain brown rice)........and again post w/o with 60 gr complex carbs (rice or sweet potato)

That puts me @ 225gr carbs for the day because I have 2 small carb meals containing about 20gr complex carbs( after breakfast & after post workout).

Seems kinda high 4 me, i usually start @ body weight and work my way down each week. I'll be around 2,800 cals a day will i stil see the same results everyone else is? I'd be running it with the A.L.R.I. Tri-Lean system + Thyrogen-X. I also do cardio 4~5 days a week.

When I go the movies I pop an AP drink a coke a tear up some popcorn. THe message is to use AP with carbs but focus on complex carbs. Focus on a great diet but cheat for sanity.
 
Can't wait to try this out! Should be in next week, but I think it'd be smarter to wait about 7 weeks until I end my JW / BAM stack, and run it alongside Restore. I'm going to be itching to try this out though!

He is saying that by not including AP from the onset of the cycle, and only adding it Post Cycle, you are not reeping the totality of the positive benefits.

The second statement refers to AP's utility as being able to be stacked with anything.

That is actually the EXACT application i was looking to use it in! So it will help with all carbs, but obviously we want to eat clean and build muscle!

It will seem high but that is fine, that's the beauty of the product you can eat many more carbs then you could normally get away with while dieting.

Awsome....thats music to my ears. When i cut Im one of those guys who has to go low carbs the whole time and I hate the feeling. So eating 225 a day i'll feel like im bulking lol. I'll add it on monday probably along side my pGH (IM).
 
I hope my 2 bottles will get here before the weekend this lower carb sh*ts killing me. I will start my Anabolic Pump/pGH/Tri-Lean System + Thyrogen-X/Anagen log on monday.

Anabolic Pump is ok to use with pGH isn't it. The reason I ask is because people usually use insulin with on real GH. Im not really sure how all that stuff works so i figured better safe than sorry

How many carbs do you use while dieting? I like to help construct your approach.

I would love to know the same thing. I'm bulking right now and am sure to gain some unwanted fat. I have two bottles of AP waiting to be used after my bulk, but I was also looking to do pGHt along side it.

Anyone with any thoughts?

Well i was using 200 with out it and cut by about 25 each week until im @ about 50 a day (25pre/25 post). So any input would be awsome. Or what u think would work best Im a low carb dieter because thats what I need to cut fat and my workouts really suffer. Thanks

keep it at 200 constant and each week at 10grams or so...play with it...

Thats exactly what I was thinking thanks for the help. Then I was only going to consume carbs am/pre/post for the last 2 weeks. Probably 40/40/40.Sound ok? Another question, Is Anabolic Pump ok to take with pGH?

Correct! Although AP works through a different mechanism of insulin. You need ALOT less insulin while on AP. AP does not effect Insulin directly, but you will need alot less insulin while on AP.

On workout days, would it be beneficial to save AP for non PWO meals, beacuase you are already getting the GLUT 4 stimulation form exercise, so you could save your AP for other meals????

Let me ask you this, the post workout window stimulates GLUT 4 but does not deactivate GLUT4 in fat cells. WIth AP you create a SUPER DUPER anbolic Window SPECIFIC to MUSCLE cells while increasing fat oxidation by exercise and AP!!!!

Well I took AP/powerFULL/SP250/SizeOn today for day number 1. I hope I am increasing my carbs enough for the AP. I worked out at a new gym today and had one of the worst days I have ever had.

I am going to take stats and pics today so I can track the AP progress.

For me it's really hard to compare. I never got much pump from no's. Usually just a decent one during and a little after workout, nothing spectacluar seperate from normal work outs. AP is hard to describe, for me it gives a full, tight feeling that starts at the beginning of the wo and last a good time after. Contraction strength seems to be heightened, and the mind/muscle process is working on another level. The rest of the day(as has been stated on numerous threads), muscles just look dense and thicker. Dose it and feel your arms and tell me they don't feel rounder?

I agree, I dose am/pre/post (7am/12/3pm) and at 9pm I still have that thick feeling going on.
The problems with NO products are post work out your getting out of the shower and already starting to deflate.
 
Today was my second day of ap. Yesterday was a chest/tri day and I am feeling the pain more then I have in a long time. I think it helped me to lift harder and push it to the limits more.

I dont notice anything from no products. With PWO stuff I can feel the extra kick until about halfway through my WO and that is about it.

Oh I have one more question with my current stack when woudl be a good time to add in my BCAAs? I have never used them and it says to take pre WO with food.
Being a noob is this ok to take with AP and shoudl I just through it in with my SuperPump and PowerFULL?

Taking BCAA's would be perfect with AP, I just mix up a serving and drink a little before workout, then throw some bcaa's in a shaker bottle to sip on during the w/o.
