ok so let me get this straight because I have some comming soon. Im dieting and weigh about 200 lbs. 11%bf. So i would take 15 min pre am meal w/ bout 60gr complex carbs (oatmeal).......pre w/o with 60gr complex carbs (1/2 cup slow cook long grain brown rice)........and again post w/o with 60 gr complex carbs (rice or sweet potato)
That puts me @ 225gr carbs for the day because I have 2 small carb meals containing about 20gr complex carbs( after breakfast & after post workout).
Seems kinda high 4 me, i usually start @ body weight and work my way down each week. I'll be around 2,800 cals a day will i stil see the same results everyone else is? I'd be running it with the A.L.R.I. Tri-Lean system + Thyrogen-X. I also do cardio 4~5 days a week.
