well at first i was like man this better work



boy oooooOOOOOoo boy
from the very first serving OMG OMG
sat aroud waiting for the 15 mins to go by
THEN OMG i felt like wtf,..............WTF i feel kinda pumped lol
i was like no way nooo fu(kin way it can work this fast
then i ate and i made dubble sure that i got all the carb i need
ate some oat meal with sugar and 25g of wms, it was like 109g in that bowl
then i sat my ass down to watch some TV and man i felt so pumped
not like super pumped, but that simi-pump after i workout and sit for a little
but carp i thought that i was going to be a nonresponder
but now i can only imagine the end result
i am running the drive and rpm stak with kwik karb and anabolic pump
i might do a log starting after sping break
 
It is targeted towards pre-workout, but not like you think of normally, it is just a stronger repartitioners, and allows you to take in more carbs and gives a stronger pump feeling for most.

its like a commercial grade trash compactor for stuffing muscle cells with glycogen(fuel)= whole new meaning to Pump or what we call at USPlabs a REAL pump.
 
i thought that it was mainly for pre/wo
and im not really a fan of pre/wo stuff
RPM is hard to get used to cuz when i take it pre/wo
im likw wtf i fell soooo stong and i put up good #s too


Best advice is stick with Anabolic Pump for a few months before adding in P-Slin.

I rather you learn AP before jumping into P-Slin.
 
P-slin pre workout and AP post = cash money recovery, repartitioning, and muscle fullness. I was a longtime user of AP and tried P-Slin for the first time on Saturday and it was awesome, highly recommended after you try AP.
 
one more thing after i take my serving and eat carbs and i am full
but real soon im hungy again, then i eat but then im hungy again
i just feel like i need to eat more and more
is this a side effect or wat
 
Are you taking in any protein with the carb sources when you take in AP (I ask because you never directly mentioned taking nay in with the carbs?)

I personally notice no abnormal hunger after my carb meals with AP (if I make sure to get in the correct amounts of nutrients to utilize the extra Glut-4 activation.) I'm sure Mullet or USP will correct me if I'm wrong but I would assume with the extra insulin release and glut-4 supersaturating the muscles with nutrients hunger would not be a planned side effect.

Have you been below maintenance cals or anything? Are you just training harder? Maybe your just growing man lol.
 
Effective nutrient partitioners often cause increased hunger; AP makes me ravenous all day long without an appetite suppressant.

This effect may wear off in time as your body acclimates to the new nutrient parameters. When the fuel is shuttled off so efficiently it leaves your body with less surplus than it is accustomed to, thus causing a hunger response in an attempt to return to the status quo. So to speak.
 
yes i take my nitrotech shake with my carbs
i get it for near free cuz my brother in law owns a supper suplements

and i dont know if this is muscle probly not
but its now day 5 and iam all ready up 4lbs
what i think is its all of the nutrients that is stored in my body giving me this rapid weight gain

Muscles are filling up with Glycogen.

AP has a half-life of 6 hours and so you'll keep in feeling it, just keep increasing your food intake, namely carbohydrates, you'll find you'll be able to eat more with AP while staying lean if not getting leaner, cool huh :)
 
I often get the intense hunger as well. Like this morning, I took a PSlin with 150g Oat Bran and 1/2c. Raspberries + Whey for about 120g Carbs, and when I finished my first set of deadlifts 90 mins later my stomach actually hurt I felt so hungry. Needless to say my post-WO shake that I made was downed in about 1 minute lol.

On days when I take a PSlin in the morning, I always put 3 extra apples in my bag in addition to what I've alloted for the day/meals because I know I'm going to be hungrier than I though. I find I need atleast 120g of carbs to workout, and even then I usually need a shake 15 mins pre-WO or my lifts will be weak. PSlin is amazing in partitioning the carbs, but it is important to make sure I give it enough carbs to work with!
 
I was starting to accumulate a small 'spare tire' during my mass-stacking phase around my stomach before getting onto P-Slin.

Been on P-Slin for 2 months, AP 1 month and Im leaner than I was after my last leaning in December plus put on 4kg.

Im still learning what my carb limits are on the PSlin/AP stack - im a bit carb averse, and could probably get away with eating more.

Not sure what my BF% is - was 15% in Dec but has to be in the 11-12% range for sure.

RPM has certainly helped - makes me sweat bucketsfull
 
try add creatine mono with ap.. :D


Very simple advice but paramountly effective! No need for some fancy sounding creatine just get creatine Monohydrate.

If you have "stomach issues" with creatine mono just reduce the amount used.

All these fancy creatines have less creatine per gram.
