if you still have the flexibility and a proper warm up you can try but it will be the landing that will do you in. probably. i used to be able to jump tall fences and land without a problem but i tried that same 8ft fence i used to jump when i was in my teens and early 20's again a few years back and nearly killed myself.I have a close friend now (after a Rocky start), who works with me, who's an athlete. And I was telling him about my mental conflicts, the other day....
We have a hanging electrical outlet, that hangs about 7 1/2 feet off the floor.
And I told him this truth: "Every time I pass that thing, I want to kick it"!
