The worst mightmare for me is the shake container coming apart in my gym bag and getting all over my gym clothes as I got to the gym. Raaaaage!!!

This is so awesomely true! My wife has never actually seen me smaller than 207lbs, after a 7-day fast. So her seeing high school pictures of me at 160 is really funny to both of us. I’m not sure I could get down now to that weight unless I was dying in a bed.
 
The best I've heard this year was " I meal prepped for 3 months and gained 10 pounds but i got so tired of it that I just stoped" I wanted to tell the guy seriously I'm getting tired of answering your questions that you already know the answer to

Back in the 90s they had this stuff called Cybergenics…..Oh man you should of heard all the new guys buying months worth of that stuff thinking they would get huge in 8 weeks. Many found out the hard way that it just didn’t work like on the commercial. Most didn’t want to hear the dedication and work it really takes.

I remember Dave Palumbo talking about how Joe piscopoe stopped getting acting roles because he hit to jacked I think that's awesome...nah we can't hire you..you have too much muscle

Yeah, you’re right, he did kind of just fade away after he got built. I think he made that comedy zombie movie and then you didn’t hear much after that. I guess it’s one of the few times a guy can say my muscles ruined my career.

Yep.

Also IMO, after he started getting muscular, it seemed like that was who he was. That was all you ever heard about him any more (from him, or anybody else).
Either others were talking about his physique, or he was, or they were accusing him of using steroids, or he was publicly refuting that .... Or he was Publicly taking a drug test, to show he wasn't....

Before he got muscular, he was a comedian (I was big on comedians back then).
.... After, he was just a guy who was muscular, and arguing about whether or not he was using Steroids.
He became a one trick pony.
