Anabolic Effect/ Vector Log

To start, I ordered vector about a week ago, still hasn’t shipped, so I bought a bottle of AE. I will be splitting the doses once Vector gets here 3/3.
This is my first log, so I’ll try to give the most information I can.
I’m 5’11, 175, 22 years old. My macros are gonna be 20%fat, 25% protein, and 55% carbohydrates for a starting calorie count of 2530, scaled by my fitness app based on work calculated for that day.
I started the AE Saturday 9/12/2020 night just to start getting it in my system.
I am vegetarian if that means anything to anyone.

Bodyweight program starts tomorrow, GMB program integral strength, supplemented by weeks 3-5 of Elements until I hit month two of the program which calls for 6 days a week.

I’ve done this program once through already, and saw a lot of general strength and performance gains, along with better movement patterns. I fractured my spine back in HS, and let’s just say practicing body weight and locomotions because of corona is probably the best thing to have ever happened to me.

OTHER SUPPLEMENTS:
5g Creatine
6g Cit Malate
1.6g Beta-Alanine
1 Tab Opti-Men
RSP PRIME-T 1/2 serving
300mg (-)epi
Rule 1 Protein

Sleep:
500mg GABA
3g Glycine
2mg melatonin
1mg clonazepam (sleepwalking)

I have been supplementing all of these for at least 2 months now, excluding AE/Vector

No flex pictures, but let me know if I should include them.

Initial thoughts on AE
- head rush, slight, like I’m on a pump supp
- ummm, that sleep though? Craziest dreams... were just gonna leave it at that
- hungry, possibly? We’ll see as time goes.
- strength, recovery, and fat loss are yet to be seen, but I will update you guys on these

I start tomorrow, so if you have suggestions, or specific things you’d like to know, go ahead and ask/tell so I can get those for you.

in. pretty much same height and weight as you. 179 lbs this morning, so interested to see how this works for you.

Week 1, day 1

Today was my first day back on the program. After taking about a week off, I feel stronger, and I was able to come back to the same progressions if the movements I was doing, with ease, and better form.

Overall, I slept really well yesterday, and I was stressing about the potential for rain this morning since I do workout outside, still, I felt very rested.

As far as the other stuff I noticed, I increased my calories about a week ago from 2350-2530 and I’m starving. This is even after eating the same breakfast I always eat and then eating the same post workout meal.

Overall I feel good, and if hunger is a side effect then I hope it sticks well to the other claims on fat burning. I think it’s an obvious side effect if I’m eating more, my strength and recovery will be better overall, but we’ll just wait and see.

Pictures, I will post weekly, along with weight.

Today was a fairly easy day with the movements training, but yesterday was my first day back to my main program. Surprisingly I’m not sore, but that could potentially onset tomorrow. Definitely hungry, and overall felt well rested. Still having crazy dreams, but that’s fine. Also noted, is an increase in mood. I’ve been finding myself in a really good mood often, and I’m not as snappy as I have been recently.

Love the crazy dreams!

In to follow along!

First off, had another night of great sleep. Woke up, worked out this morning. I think it definitely helps with recovery because I still haven’t been sore, but I adding a 3rd day of strength training in next week. Definitely way hungry, I’ll have to check the scale to see where I’m at, but I can tell I’m putting on a bit already.

Can’t wait to see the results, one week almost done, will post some picture updates soon.

Also, pump side effects seem to have subsided for the most part. Also feel like my strength is coming along well even though it’s only been about a week.

Still more quality sleep, with 2 lucid dreams last night. Lucid dreaming is something that I can do pretty often, but it was cool having 2 in the same night

Although I did manage to start off one in a car accident, and the other was a bunch of people telling me Covid isn’t real. A lot of fun, really crazy, have no idea why or what the point was. Super hungry still, but I’m feeling great overall.

Increased hunger is a great asset!

Probably little to no difference on these phots from the originals, that being said I’m eating more, and that should transfer over eventually, with my calories being gauged, I’m getting close to 3200 daily. My workouts are going up in volume this week, so I guess will see the changes in a week or 2 If everything goes well

Still sleeping great, it’s crazy waking up at 5:50-6 and not being able to go back to sleep on a Saturday, that being said I did average about 7.5 hours of sleep this week, which is the best average I’ve had in awhile

Effects: better endurance, feeling stronger, increased recovery. Definitely noticed all of these today and yesterday. I’m really excited to see where things go and how much I can get out of it. That being said, I definitely am putting on a bit of weight, if I cant deal with the gain in two weeks I might scare calories back by 100.

Sleep is still good, I’m waking up well rested, but today I didn’t even hit 7 :/
