Anabolic Effect Dosing on Rest Days

I was wondering what the protocol was for dosing AE on rest days. I'm currently running a 4-day Sheiko program, so there are 3 rest days within the week. Thanks!

I think you accidentally started 2 of the same thread. I answered the other one but wanted to reply here too.

Anabolic Effect should be taken daily, including on non-workout days.
