Anabolic Diet

Hey guys I've been on the anabolic diet for the past 11 days and am coming up on a refeed. I am starting to feel leaner but my weight isn't changing that much. I'm about 6' and 206 when I started. I'm now 203. I was doing protein sparing modified fast at a 16/8 frequency doing 24 hr fasts on Sunday's and Thursdays. I stopped doing any fasting when I started this diet. My calories at the time were around 1200 and they are at 2000 now. Would anyone have any recommendations on refeeding? I am considering a junk refeed but keeping the protein low. This is my own guilty self wanting to do that. I know a clean carb refeed would be smarter. Should I refeed every week or every 2? I am a natural endomorph and was at once a fat 300 lbs. I now have upper abs showing well but have extra fat and skin on the lower belly. I am wanting to cut for summer by July. Am currently lifting 4-5 days/week and doing cardio 5-6 days/ week (hiit, met cons using takus interval training protocol. I'm taking psyched by iron champs before workouts and blackstone labs cobra 6p in the mornings. Also supplement w 4 g of fish oil daily, l-arginine, multivitamin, fiber. Any suggestions for getting ripped by July?

U think 2000 cal is too high or low. Based on the principals of the anabolic diet my maintenance cal is like 3700. It only says to drop 500-1000 cal to cut. What's everyone's thought about the weekend refeed

How long were you doing PSMF before switching to this diet?

Since 12/26 until 11 days ago but had a lot of difficulty keeping the low calories strict. My tipping point was when I cheated on the diet two weekends in a row. Was going to utilize it again after anabolic dieting for 6 weeks.

So you have been on PSMF for about 4 months now?

You need to hang out at around maintenance for a little bit before you continue cutting. Get some carbs back in your life and relax a little and then tackle it again with anabolic diet in a few weeks

^^^ Dang thats commitment haha I like a high carb diet and only do real low carbs when i'm trying to really lean out. But i have a high metabolism so i need the extra carbs.

I'm a naturally endomorph. Was pretty heavy a few years back (300+) so I guess I'm kinda scared of carbs too. I think I downregulated my metabolism a bit or hurt my performance staying super low cal so long. I'm on refeed today and have been tearing it up so far. Seen my bicep vein poking out here and there so the damage isn't that bad thus far. Anyone have alternative dieting strategies for my final steps before the beach. I've got four more weeks anabolic.

Haha I remember at the end of my cut and I was down to like 1300 calories and weight wasn't moving much and I was like - how much less could I really eat =\\\\ ?!?! That's when I decided to start gaining mass.

Buffalo wings are also a great anabolic diet food. So are low carb pizzas, bun-less hamburgers, omelets, bacon and eggs.

I bought Burn 24 to stack with Alphamine before I committed to the Anabolic Diet. Now that I'm committed to the AD and keeping carbs extremely low and proteins & fats high, is Burn 24 essentially now useless?

Also, will Burn 24 have negative effects toward the weekend carb-ups as it will block complex carb consumption and glucose going to the muscles?
