Anabeta/DAA Stack

Sunday seems to be the magic day lol. I do the same! Just a bunch of baked chicken that I get set for the week.

Yea, sunday is definitely a grill day for me! Grilled veggies, Grilled chicken, jalopeno poppers. Nothing like having the "rest" day to cook and test new ways to add another week under the belt.
 
I have a family, 2 kids, etc, etc. I make big batches of rice and bake pounds of chicken in advance. And Tupperware is your friend
 
COOK! I'm 22 and live alone, I usually just bake a ton of chicken & hard boil a few dozen eggs on Sunday night and that makes up the bulk of my food throughout the week. Also its nice having a girl that cooks things for you, my girl is a protein chef/wizard and bakes me crazy **** all the time.
My wife spoils me too, I got pretty lucky
 
I'm not much help to the community as I read daily but post rarely. But in regards to this thread I have my .02 on a few things.

I ran DAA/agmatine/c20/powerfull earlier this summer. Saw crazy pumps and stupid high libido on it all day err day. Really... It was insane.

After a 4 week break I jumped on AB/prime/c20. Got the prime/AB on sale so I got 2 of each. I've take prime before and saw nothing but my diet was crap last time. I'm in week 3 of 8 with this stack And my hunger is through the roof. Pumps aren't crazy but are starting to increase considerably this last week. I'm lifting and eating to bulk but I still haven't seen change on the scale. Strength is up tho. DAA with AB sounds good tho.

Its a great stack for mass...if you want to get even more pumps add some Agmatine in
 
Just to give an update, I'm almost done with the second week on AnaBeta and DAA. This stack is pretty great. I'm just starting to feel the effects of DAA but my diet is still way up there. Took your guys' advice and cooked a **** load of food sunday. I'm going to keep that up because it made my week a million times easier, and I ate a lot more simply because i didn't have to hassle with cooking/cleaning up. Additionally I began taking Dymatize Whey Casein protein blend. I was using that last summer had great gains on it before I switched to EAS 100%whey. I really like the Dymatize protein though (tried their coffee flavor this time, if you like coffee it's great. Has caffine in it and it basically tastes like iced coffee), they always try to steer me away from it at *** because it isn't straight whey so it won't absorb as quickly post workout. Either way I like it, and I usually see good gains on it. Yesterday i weighed myself at 169 which is about 7 lbs up from where I started (it's probably at least partially natural fluctuation), but I can also see that I'm putting on size and my muscles are starting to look fuller. Very very very happy with this stack so far, can't wait to see what my gains will look like for the next six weeks. I will try to keep updating at least weekly.
 
Great work! Cooking ahead of time can be a pain in the butt initially, but it does make it easier to eat properly during the week.
