An OUTSTANDING Log: The Anabolic Chronicles...

2 questions...

1) Are you just NOW reading my journal? HAHA JUST KIDDING :)
2) DO I still have to honor my word and go back even though to offered a summation of the article? I have never heard of either compound.

1. Yes :betterlatethannever:

2. If you want to get to know the compounds, and/or don't like hcg, then yes. Otherwise, no, you're cool.

More cliffs:
hcg for testes
naltrexone for pituitary

Better late than never, oh I guess you're right ;) Welcome by the way! A lot of good stuff in here, I'm unbiased when I say that, right?

Well, if Arizona Mid Life releases me from my bond, I suppose I won't read the article... but I've never used real HCG before, although maybe I should because my last cycle's total normalization seemed to take longer than usual. If there is something orally active that is seriously as powerful at HCG at its specific utility, I'd like to read more - however, I am so distrusting of all online research stores.

ROGUE, YES it was worth it. My first cycle was other worldly as far as measurable results in strength, appetite, and hardness. Unreal.

Now, I did BEGIN to take a 2nd cycle last year, but the effects weren't nearly as profound, and after doing some extensive research came to the conclusion that ROGUE acts heavily on the adrenal glands to exert its anabolism. I decided to shelf it, and begin taking AGRs (Adrenal Gland Regulators) in preparation for my next ROGUE bout. Actually, I was so blown away with ROGUE, that it was the reason I became so interested in FREE REIGN, well that, and plus it is the only product with EcdyMorph, Humanofort, AND a full Testosterone stimulating blend.

So, stacking it with something like Reset AD would improve the effects? Really odd that it works on adrenals, I'd be F'd since my adrenals are beyond fatigued...

I detest stimulants, and go through some pretty drastic lengths to avoid taking them... I just don't see them as a worthy additive to an athlete's protocol. Here is what I have been taking: Solaray Adrenal Caps (4/day), NOW Foods Ashwagandha (4/day), and Jarrow Formulas Adrenal Optimizer (4/day).

reset ad isn't a stim. it's by palo alto labs-check it out.

i get a kick out of this thread. very unique.

(Bites tongue) I know BigT, I know. I was offering up the alternatives I went with in stead of Reset AD :) Milas said their Adrenals were blown to smithereens, which is why I said I detest stimulants, too much drama with too little return.

but just to keep the drama high-i love stims.:aargh:

I see no one has authored a new thread for the 2011 FLEX PRO!?

Evan Centopani smashes a former Mr. Olympia, Dexter Jackson - for the win. What an amazing turn of events, this will certainly be a enduring story line of 2011. For some great wrap-up and interview footage, allow me to scour the web for some links to videos I've been watching to let you get up to speed if you missed the 2011 IFBB's Season Opener!

1) Bob and Dennis wrap up the show, discussing competitors the Trojan Evan Centopani Horse Invalid Link Removed

Here's a text wrap-up if you don't want to watch the videos or are viewing this from a cell phone or just don't have headphones and your manager keep walking by Invalid Link Removed.

2) Shawn Ray, who continues to call himself "Sugar" for some odd reason in random videos, is also in a few wrap-up videos and interview for your viewing pleasure... here's one with Jay Cutler AND Evan Centopani Invalid Link Removed.

Also, HERE ARE ALL THE PICTURES OF EVERY COMPETITOR: Invalid Link Removed

The final placings were as follows, and might I also say how happy I was with Stan "Rhino" Efferding. BIG FAN! :) He was dry, thick, and his back/upper body was just PHENOMENALLY dense. If you'd like to see all the pictures of Stan, you can click Invalid Link Removed.

2. Dexter... sigh... Jackson
3. Fouad Abiad
4. Dennis Wolf (I kind of like this guy, even though he's been a whiner in the past, he just seems to tug at my heart strings for some reason)

Nothing..... really? No one follows professional bodybuilding?

Anyway - on with life.

As usual, I HAD what seemed to be an entire bibliography of activity to report here in my journal, but all I can recall now that it's time to update, is a mind full of blankness.

UPDATE:

At this point, I'm just looking forward to traveling to the Arnold Classic as I do every year. It's a great chance to meet up with friends and industry titans who know what's what, and allows me to break from this incessant cesspool of drivel and mind-numbing teenage wasteland aka forums.

I do not suffer fools well, and there's just no enjoyment of coming around the forums anymore, because as politely as I can say this, I'm a few levels up from most of the common populous here debating creatine brands and crusading for their most beloved super company in shining armor. Sure, I rep for NTBM, but that's because I choose to, and I never pimp a product I don't like or haven't used.

In fact, a few bottles of supplements a month in NO WAY purchases my prostitution services. I'm just burned out seeing the same threads about the same crap, and then seeing some "MassiveAwesomeCoolGuy2773" come out of left field with a staggering 14 posts and grace us all with his immeasurable brilliance.

Maybe it's the Tren talking... but no, it's not. In fact, my time is usually devoted toward professional endeavors, and without divulging too much, I work for one of the premier Fortune-100 companies on this tertiary slab of rock, and put in 60 hours weekly, along with my remote personal training and nutrition counseling service website. I guess it's just becoming too cumbersome dealing with morons drooling out of the side of their mouths and rapping their skull against the wall while they type-type away like the d ickens.

All in all, I detest and endlessly abhor humanity... all these food chomping gum popping texting-while-driving freaks and losers need to side-step their pathetic yellow brick road traversing and just cut to the chase of their mid-life crisis followed shortly by bankruptcy and a nursing home covered in their own filth.

WOW  :goodpost:

And no I do not follow pro bodybuilding. It's just no fun and I think it's a joke. WHY do I think it's a joke? I haven't looked at flex of MD in close to 3 years and after reading your post about pro bodybuilding I decided to pick up the lasted MD. I'm not impressed with them... They look like science projects - not bodybuilders. If I had the time, money and doctors on hand to run the cycles they do I am 100% positive I could be just as big as them. Well that is if my heart doesn't explode and my wife to be doesn't kill me first.

I am in no way saying I'm anti AAS use but come on... I've read Jay cutler runs a gram a test in PCT. Don't know if it's true but I could see it.

Just bumping from the last page.

Can't forget the shameless pimps who sell their online integrity for copy-and-pasting glory! "Buy ________ at ________.com today!" I am having some issues with a certain new member over at Elite Fitness who thinks his newfound 'rep' status for a company means he has to go on a crusade to bump every thread ever written with his flimsy laughable "Buy buy buy!" mantra.

I PM'd him, because I can and because he's an idiot... and was polite and direct, and in his all powerful endless and expansive maturity and wisdom he sure let me have it! "I can do whatever I want, I'm well respected around here with all of my 12 posts, and I'm a platinum member!!!" WOW, NO WAY A PLATINUM MEMBER!? Awesome!!! Mention that in your next job interview after your get out of study hall and co-ed gym class! Worthless.

As long as your community isn't like LOST, one of the worst shows I've ever seen with circular rubbish for a plot and type-cast stereotypical characters that make my brain feel like a carnivorous insect is gnawing at my stem, then I'm on board! :)

Here is the exchange that took place between me and someone else this evening... as you can see, my initial Private Message was full of candor and made no attempt whatsoever to incite anything aside from making this shameless copy-and-pasting thread bumper contribute on a higher level of intellectual involvement and honesty:

Hey man,

This will come off as bad no matter what i say or try... but why would you make a post like that here

If you look above, my post is well thought out and well written at length. Your posts... Buy your multis at Orbit. Really? That's it? That's what this forum doesn't need, since we're all pimping one thing or another here it seems, please at least make an attempt at doing more than "Drink your ovalteen."

Please. Plus, you have under 10 posts... you have to build a reputation first.

I can bump any thread I like and just because I don't have 3000 posts on THIS board doesn't mean you have the right to give me a lecture. I am an orbit rep and well resepected at that, I just chose to come here to bump some orbit threads today, get over it. For being a NTBM rep, you should be SUPPORTIVE as our companies are quite related last I checked.

What an immature response, I expected nothing less. I forgot about your massive respect from the members here with your staggering 12 posts, forgive me. I guess I hold myself to a higher standard. Great contributions by the way! You forgot your pom poms though.

What are you, 5? Please... I wonder why NTBM has such a stellar rep on so many boards, now my point is repeatedly proven. I like your company's products, it just seems the people make it harder and harder to like. I'm done arguing, I have pom pom practice with your sister later .

You're worthless and you know it, I don't need to fill in any more holes for you. This realization is deep within you, and evidenced by your transparent school yard rhetoric as a comeback. In stead of taking my guidance and running with it, you continue to swim in your own filth of an empty skull and an empty purpose in life, let alone these forums. Enjoy and take pride in your ______ granted Platinum membership, and have an everlasting blast as you merrily travel down the uneventful malaise of mediocrity known as your nominal existence that will never register a blip on anyone's radar. You've bored me, and now I am through with you, you hopeless insufferable eternal adolescent.

The Pom Pom comment really solidifies the maturity of his argument. Not gonna lie, I laughed picturing how angry he was typing that just to get to you

well, at least i don't chew gum-and never text, lol.

yea I saw this thread as well.all you can do sometimes is let some people talk and then keep it moving.

You guys are great - JUST when I think it can't get any stupider out there, you all come back with these posts............ and TOTALLY redeem yourselves! :)

You know what today is? Does ANYONE know what today is? Well, I'll tell you. It's nothing day. It's called do whatever I want at work day, no management day. Watching back to back episodes of Dexter (just got into the 2nd episode of the first season from a recommendation of a friend) and eating my meals in preparation for arms later this evening. Now after today, it's only a few short days until the Arnold Classic.

By the way, how many days is it until Spring?

Invalid Link Removed

I'm texting & driving right now.. Not chewing gum but I'm mixing up my pre workout drink and shooting bulk BCAAs.

Don't try this at home

3 days until the Arnold Classic...

19 days until Spring...

107 days until Summer Vacation...

111 days until Summer...

193 days until my 2011 NPC Contest...

196 days until the 2011 Mr. Olympia trip to Las Vegas

Trying to enjoy life in the meantime without kicking people's teeth in... challenging.

life is good-we actually have some sun here today. yea!!!

^^^ Why I moved out of the Midwest...

only reason i haven't re-located is all my family is here. my wife would be miserable not being able to see the kids/grandkids. believe me, when my wife is miserable my life is very unpleasant, lol.:umbrella:

Been killing time today, and came across some great sources for bulk Beet Root Powder, and LCLT. The Beet Root Powder, also known as Beta Vulgaris, has been studied and shown as an amazing blood volumizing agent. I've wanted to put it into action for a while now, and an entire pound is only $6.00.

As far as the LCLT, there is a site I've ordered from before that has an entire Kilogram for $135, FAR less than the best prices I've found thus far, an entire $65 savings per 1,000g compared to Nutra's newly listed raws.

I've always believed that when motivation meets resources, anything is possible.

I knew I should have been eating my Borscht!!

The Arnold Classic weekend was a blast, as always! A lot going on, which made for some very long days, but nonetheless still exciting. I was able to meet back up with a lot of great friends from across the industry and catch up, all while partaking in some Cheesecake Factory goodness of course!

So, Branch Warren finally did it! Something else of note, is that once again Evan beat Dexter, and Dexter (a former three-time winner) fell all the way to fifth! I have yet to review all the footage (free webcast) or pictures yet, but I'm stoked for Branch and couldn't be happier for Evan. Centppani, luckily, breaks free from the usual malaise of monosyllabic brain devoid stereotypical behavior that runs rampant across the amateur and professional ranks.

Now... all I have to do is wait another seven months, and I'll be in Las Vegas once more for the 2011 Mr. Olympia! :)

Didn't train Friday-Sunday, but woke up early this morning to cripple back into anabolic submission. Good workout, and had a nice full skin-stretching pump. Still sticking with the 25mg/day of OSTA SARMS from SARMS SEARCH, and of course moving forward full steam ahead with the rest of the cycle. This weekend marked Week 3 of the cycle, so things are just starting to kick in and take shape. By this time in April, it'll be 100% active and on a roll, so stay tuned!

Welcome back!

Thanks a lot man, it was a long tiring weekend - but it's always worth it, and I'd rather have some sore feet and a raspy voice, than not go at all! What I like so much more about the Olympia is that it's in Vegas, so it's not a boring city stuck in the thick of Winter! The Arnold is something to do for a weekend, whereas the Olympia is a real McCoy vacation destination. I always go for well over a week each year, it's amazing every time. Well, except for last year, being on Clen was a terrible idea, cramping up non stop and sweating non stop as well!

I keep thinking there's something I'm forgetting to talk about, but it'll come to me. Anyway, for those of you who can't make it to the big pro shows, there is a great collection of web replays from the webcast online, but I'm not allowed to link the website. It's the leading site though, well over $100MM revenue, that should give it away :)

man, i loved vegas.

man, i loved vegas.

No other part of this fruited plain that I've been to can shake a stick at Las Vegas. Not even the city itself, I've been going to the Olympia for years and NEVER once gambled or had the desire, but the atmosphere, weather, scenery, and buffet of things to do and soak in.

I just love the bevy of entertainment mixed with outdoorsy fulfillment. It does the soul good to bathe in the sun rays, and the neon glow of the strip, from time to time. You know what else does the soul some good from time to time? Two things that I can think of. The first, indulging in an all out gluttonous adventure to taste-land with no restraint or a hint of the guilty conscience so closely affixed to the mentality of a bodybuilder, and secondly I would say it helps every now and then to just punch someone in the face (literally or metaphorically) who deserves it. A slow driver on the road, a self-assured moron on a bodybuilding forum espousing his IQ lowering rhetoric, or... did I mention bad drivers?

You know what I like? The smooth and comforting feel of a needle piercing through the skin and deep into the muscle tissue, primed and ready to deliver a long burst of anabolic firepower.

love the vegas buffet, nowhere else i have been can touch vegas buffets. another thing i like is the fact that vegas oozes sex, it's like a giant libido booster just being there-so many beutiful women, damn. i also just like to walk around and take in the sights, always something interesting going on, yeah-gotta love that place.

very jealous you get to go there every year, it is definately a place everyone should go to at least once.

You really hate bad drivers lol if you're ever in the chi town area come on a ride along and we will give 120$ fines and ear full to all bad drivers!

Yes Vegas is awesome been there twice and both times trained at the golds a few miles of the strip. I tried to walk back instead of taking the buss but couldn't make it lol

That's all I think about! Being surrounded by guys 3x my size, after I've been training like an animal for a decade, makes me want to tear it up in the gym.

It caused a bit of a problem with the Mrs but I have her trained well now. Last vaca to Florida she made sure the hotel had a full size weight room for me :) I still ended up rented a car so I could check out the golds lol there's no golds gyms left in Chicago land area!!

I hope to make it for the Olympia sounds like a time to remember

Mich, I can't see any possibility for you (ANYONE) to regret going to the Olympia!

I might sound like a bit of a jerk, but it simply doesn't compute in my head how someone can obsessively chase a certain lifestyle/physique for years on end, investing countless hours, pools of sweat, and thousands of dollars on food and supplements... and NOT take a few hour cheap flight to Las Vegas to soak in the PRESENCE of the WORLD'S BEST shoulder-to-shoulder along with flawless weather and an entire treasure trove of things to do and enjoy during the weekend (not to mention free samples, multiple Gold's Gyms like you've never seen, and being a part of your chosen sport's Superbowl).

Last year as an example, I stayed for well over a week, I love to take my time. The flight, the hotel, the food (I ate a LOT of food) the supplements, the souvenirs, EVERYTHING... was only a couple thousand dollars. I don't even know if you can get TICKETS to the Superbowl for $2,000? With the Mr. Olympia, you're transported to this surreal environment of beauty in the desert heat, with endless things to do for entertainment, all while being coddled like a baby in the sea of the top athletes from around the globe.

If you just want to go for the weekend, you can grab a pre-judging ticket for about $80, or just see the finals for about $100 (or watch online), the Expo is only a few dollars, and hotels are dirt cheap for about $60 per night. Flights, if bought in advance, are only a couple hundred dollars.

Well, that's my Mr. Olympia tirade! :)

Updates coming soon on my ongoing OSTA experiences, of which I've bumped my dosages higher since my other order came in and I know I have some reserve.

After spending all my money on food and supplements I have no money left for a weekend trip, lol

NO! Seriously man, I know it might seem that way... but as a full time employee with a cop's salary, I sincerely and respectfully disagree that you can come up with money for a flight, a ticket, and a hotel room knowing you have seven full months to save up. That's like putting aside the price of a tank of gas every time you get a paycheck, and you're Vegas bound! I live by a pretty strict budget, I track it all, but why devote years of your life to something like this and not go make the trip to the Oasis of it all!?

Anyway, I have bumped my OSTA up to 50mg/day from SARMSSEARCH, I really felt it start to engage in full effect at week three, and I'm moving steadily to week four which starts tomorrow (I usually always start cycles on Saturday to make it easier to track, and it's also a habit from competing).

Now... if only I could somehow take care of these disgusting fat loud-mouth freaks that surround me at work.

I know know... If I ate less steak and opted for those 6 pound bags of chicken at sams for only 10 bucks and did that for 2 weeks I would have my Vegas money.

Fat mouth freaks... I wish I could taser them for you, lol throw some cake in the middle of a busy street...

WOOO 50mg Osta. Interested in how it treats you. If any difference or sides. Let us know! Also man going to the olympia sounds fun.. Maybe I can make it out there. I think I could round up about a G or so for the trip. Not 2 G's though.
