diet: ive been toying around with different diets: carb cycling, tkd, cdk. seeing results with them all, just trying to decide which is best. if picked with this, to best utilize the nutrient partioner capabilities, id doing a recomp style diet, hovering around maintenance calories. will be taking in about 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of bw, moderate carbs, probably around 200-250, and moderate fat, usually around 10-15 grams per meal, except for my pre and post w/o meals. cheat meals are usually apart of my diet. keeps me sane. workout days would certainly have more carbs, in the 200-250 range, and non workout days would be about 100-150. mainly in the morning.
***also in the process of tweaking the velocity diet to use with AP, so some shakes would incorporate ground oats, like in the morning shake, and pre workout shake. still researching this tho....***
training: my training is always spot on. ill be looking to add some solid weight to my frame. so most of my lifts will be for muscle hypertrophy. im really trying to bring up my legs and deadlift, so i will most likely be doing heavy, 3-5 rep range for those lifts.

i can provide pics, stats, and detailed workout and diet logs. if picked ill probably use drive/rpm and ap with it. have experience with all 3. can do any timeframe for product (ie 4 weeks, 6 weeks 8 weeks) and can purchase more than given to run longer. did that with adrenalean and EXTREMELY happy i did.
experience with creatine
products used: noexplode, size on, CM, CEE, animal pump.
results with creatine thus far: good pumps, noticed strength gains, but came at about the same rate as when i was not using the creatine. also had some pretty epic sh1ts while taking noexplode and super dump. nothing major. usually good about timing, carbs taken with, and consistency, however still have not seen the results that most see with use of creatine.
