AN needs 3 Creatine NON-RESPONDERS

Texas, AN, I've regrettably got to pull my application.

This Thursday, I will be taking off on yet another Colorado road-trip. I'll be back @ the end of the month.

As a band-aid on the whole situation, I promise you guys - Texas & AN - that I will log my two Neovar 1.0 (original) bottles that I've currently got on hand sometime in September. I'd love to give the Recomped a go at some point in time, but at the moment, I will be unable to do so.

Congrats to the winners. Neover 2.0 is NO JOKE!! Great pumps while keeping you lean and vascular. I will be tossing some in my next bulk to help with the carb intake.
 
cool, well I too have been a non responder to the last couple of creatines I have tried, particularly CEE which I am 90% sure was rat poison. Anyways Neovar Recomped is getting alot of praise and I would love to give it a go for a full cycle. About me:
I am 21 yrs old
5'11, around 170 lbs
training about every other day switching between weights, boxing, as well as bike riding so stamina, power, and endurance are really important to maintain for me, which is why I need a solid creatine product.

I have been on a lower carb diet, low/no sugar and high vegetables and lean clean meat for quite a bit and plan on maintaining that constant.

Supplements i've been taking consistently the past few months include multi vitamins, packs, fish oil, protein, and joint support and I plan to continue with those but will be adding in animal paks and maybe a new joint support.

anyways, if a spot opens up to be a tester/logger, I would love to be a part of it, if not that is cool and I will most likely pick up your products in my next order to come.

i tried just about every fancy creatine product put there and they all seem to disappoint me =( the only thing i seen a gain in was my water bill with all the times i have to freakin flush my toilet ! jk jk .. they just dont work i feel like i just pee all the water i drink and i mean the whole gallon and a half ! its like my body is just rejecting the stuff..no joke i get up at least twice to pee at night when i take any type of creatine ! .. i am currently trying to run my 2nd tub of sizeOn and i am def willing to put that to an end for this !

as far as training goes .. i train with my cuzzin who is an amateur bodybuilder working to get his pro card as we speak .. he pushes me 100000 % and comes at me with some of the best routines on the planet and believe me my form is
impeccable !

diet wise i eat very very clean ! this is what i am running right now

a shake with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 cups of oatmeal
3 fish oil caps
Multi vitamin


a grilled chicken breast, brown rice and broccolli
3 fish oil caps



3 grams beta alanine
steak with bowl of pasta
3 fish oil caps


3 RPM TABS 1HR B4 GYM AND KWICK KARB

and i still don't ever see any results from creatine and it sucks because all my friends do and i feel really left out =(

Training experience (as much detail as possible): been working out 8 months now .. around 3 with my cousin who is my trainer (he is an amateur bodybuilder !) i don't know what more to say except that i train with awesome routines probably better or just as good as any1 else's on here and diet right everyday .. since i am bulkng 1 day a week i will have my Macdonald's Big Mac and some chicken nuggets but NO French fries ...

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday : Chest and Bi's
Tuesday : Legs and 20 min cardio
Wednesday : OFF day .. never can stay out of the gym so i go and do 10 min cardio and light abs
Thrusday : Back
Friday : shoulders and tri 's
Saturday: Traps,heavy abs and 15 min cardio


Past Creatine Supplements
: SizeOn, Creatine Monohydrate,CellMass, and CE2

Current Daily water intake
:1.5 gallons

Short Term Goal:i am currently bulking .. trying to pack on the size ! i would be real happy if i can gain 5-8 pounds off a bottle of this stuff ...

Long Term Goal:
i would really like to be 175 pounds of LEAN MUSCLE ! at the height of 5'7"

I ALSO TAKE RPM PRE WORKOUT WOULD THAT BE OKAY TO TAKE IF I DO WIN ?

dude your not getting near enough protein in you or carbs. what macro split are you running?
 
i am running around 2700 cals a day with a 40-40-20 macro .. 40 % protein, 40 % carbs, and 20 % fat ..

i wish i could intake more i just feel sick and i will throw up and **** everywhere ..

can u give me any advice tex on what else i should do ?

so your protein intake is at what G per day? like 270? I still dont think you are gettin that though. 1 chicken breast and some PB isnt gonna give you 270G.

current goal: cut some fat, slowly gain lean mass

future goal: add about 20-30 lbs to my frame, and add major poundage to all lifts.

diet: ive been toying around with different diets: carb cycling, tkd, cdk. seeing results with them all, just trying to decide which is best. if picked with this, to best utilize the nutrient partioner capabilities, id doing a recomp style diet, hovering around maintenance calories. will be taking in about 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of bw, moderate carbs, probably around 200-250, and moderate fat, usually around 10-15 grams per meal, except for my pre and post w/o meals. cheat meals are usually apart of my diet. keeps me sane. workout days would certainly have more carbs, in the 200-250 range, and non workout days would be about 100-150. mainly in the morning.

***also in the process of tweaking the velocity diet to use with AP, so some shakes would incorporate ground oats, like in the morning shake, and pre workout shake. still researching this tho....***

training: my training is always spot on. ill be looking to add some solid weight to my frame. so most of my lifts will be for muscle hypertrophy. im really trying to bring up my legs and deadlift, so i will most likely be doing heavy, 3-5 rep range for those lifts.

monday - chest
tuesday - legs
wednesday - arms, forearms
thursday - back, abs
friday - shoulders

current supps: adrenalean (sponsored) only have 2 days left, whey, xtend, multi, NP omega 3 caps, super cissus on the way.

i can provide pics, stats, and detailed workout and diet logs. if picked ill probably use drive/rpm and ap with it. have experience with all 3. can do any timeframe for product (ie 4 weeks, 6 weeks 8 weeks) and can purchase more than given to run longer. did that with adrenalean and EXTREMELY happy i did.

experience with creatine

products used: noexplode, size on, CM, CEE, animal pump.

results with creatine thus far: good pumps, noticed strength gains, but came at about the same rate as when i was not using the creatine. also had some pretty epic sh1ts while taking noexplode and super dump. nothing major. usually good about timing, carbs taken with, and consistency, however still have not seen the results that most see with use of creatine.

steak(4oz london broil ) --> 36g with bowl of pasta (2oz)---> 8g

55 + 30 + 36 + 8 + 55+ 36 + 11 = 231 grams .. i mean i wish i can intake more but i do stick to this everyday sometimes at night if i dont want to have the salad i have another shake but i do get 231 grams..

i do weight 148 which if i was having 2 grams of protein per pound i would have 296 .. and i am only getting 231 so i mean yeh i can probably incorporate some more protein in my diet but i don't know what else to have or when else to have it i am pretty much filled after everything i am eating now i dont know if i can eat anything else ...

any suggestions ?

throw some eggs into the shake or breakfast. I eat 3-5 every morning and sometimes save the yokes for lunch time
 
well unless you want salmonella, dont just put it in your shake. unless youre buying whites from the store, or lanas egg whites where they are treated, cook your eggs.

if you want some last minute protein before bed, take down some cottage cheese. or grab a tub of casein or milk protein.
 
just throw it in raw crack the egg and throw it in or just eat sum eggs l0l ???
i do and have yet to get any haha. but ya cottage cheese is what i eat before bed. much cheaper than buying casein. and its also slow digestion rate which helps prevent catabolism during sleep
 
haha touche. i know so many guys who put like 3 or 4 whites in their orange juice or use for their whey, and none have gotten any type of food poisoning. then a buddy of mine said his sisters friend got it and had like 2 weeks of vomitting, hershey squirts, headaches, and minor brain damage. and it was from undercooked eggs. now i dont dare undercook eggs or chicken.

i eat eggs every breakfast. sometimes include them in lunch. Chicken pretty much every other day. Im still good. When i get food Poisoning maybe ill learn haha
 
i mean as long as its all cooked thoroughly youre fine. i eat about 8-12 eggs a day, and probably a pound of chicken a day and ive yet to get it. *knock on wood*

how about that neovar :)
