Well, DUH, but there's been muscle loss, as I've maintained and even increased strength, so my loss has been water/fat..

U.D. 2.0 does the trick .. It's the magic drug, right there ! ;)

My IntraStack log is completed, but I keep posting in it because I haven't bothered opening a new thread for my current routine.. I promised AEN I'd give them my final thoughts on it today, so I'm finalizing my review this evening.

Thanks Norwegian. I checked out Lyle Mcdonald's website. I am definitely going to pick up his U.D. 2.0 book. Looks like it's just what I am looking for.

As far as if im running a sponsored log right now...NO! I never have.

I just put together my other log and will be starting within 1 1/2 weeks but willing to put it on hodl if i get this one, since its only a couple weeks.

Well, I've got to hit the gym for the next two hours; this wait is too long to be sitting here looking at my laptop screen clicking the refresh button on my Internet Options to reload this page to check for updates every 2 minutes ;)
