***AMV3 Final Review////PCT Log***

not sore at all today. changing my routine. going to the gym today. you guys are in for a bit of a surprise!
 
Week 3 Update April 5

Starting Weight: 192 Today's weight: 195

I changed my routine today. Not doing DC anymore. I want to see where my strength is at with 3 weeks of DC and this stack for PCT. My logic for this routine is this: 3-6 reps on compound lifts. 8 - 12 reps on everything else with a bit higher reps on stuff . Here is the routine

Chest/ Biceps

Back/Tricep

Shoulders/Legs/Abs

Today, I did Back/tricep. REALLY good workout. I think im going to like this routine. Weight is up. Still looking pretty lean. Strength is up. Did 250 on BB row in the smith machine for 6 reps. the normal Row rack / squat rack was full. going to do chest/biceps tomorrow then rest for 3 days and start with shoulders/legs on Tuesday

I am switching to a similar concept soon. Going for heavy low rep lifts for body part's corresponding compound lift, then hypertrophy for the accessory/finishers.
 
Looking at the same switch as well, though my heavy lift rep ranges are a bit higher these days. Better safe than sorry at my age. 8(

im already there and im 22! i can only go 3-6 reps for a few weeks before my joints kill me and i have to make it to 5 - 7 reps as my heavy lift. my girlfriend says im a grandpa because im always hurting/sore and ive had 3 concussions since 2008 so i forget things easily lol
 
8-10 rep range is considered heavy lifting for me. My 20yr old is starting to listen to me now though. He is rehabbing a compressed L4 right now and hating life. You just need to find the right balance that wil still make you grow.

4/6 Saturday

Did chest/biceps today. I am TIRED! since being on DC, i havent been doing this high of volume and it killed me! ill edit this post late tonight and post the numbers and what all i did but had an insane workout. loved it. its nice to go back to a higher volume once in a while.

Chest

BB Bench - 135 warmup x 15 225 x 12 245 x 7 275 x 5

Incline DB - 70 x 12 80 x 10 95 x 8

2 sets machine flys

EZ Bar Curl - 80 x 12 90 x 10 100 x 7

DB Preacher - 30 x12 40 x 10 45 x8

2 sets wide grip EZ bar on the cables
 
Squatting 405 for reps. Went down for #7 and bam. He is already on the mend and will be lifting again in time.
 
Im going to be doin shoulders/legs either monday night or tuesday evening. i have to study tomorrow so depending on how much i get done i may train as a destresser
 
Final Review

I have alot of good things to say about this PCT stack. First off, I didnt lose any gains (weight or strength) during this stack. In fact, I put on 3 pounds and my strength continued to rise each time i went into the gym. The total weight gained was around 9 - 10 pounds with decreased body fat. Im really lean right now but my strength is at the highest point it has ever been in my life. The endurance with these products is amazing. I never wanted to leave the gym. This is why towards the end, i switched to high volume because i thought i could handle all that work, especially being on so many products. i really didnt have that bad of acne, but it did show itself during the PCT. while i was on AM, it disappeared as well as my libido. For my next cycle, i want to take AM and AH together. anyways, anybody who wants a strong recomp agent, AM is right for you. Be sure to take it for 8 weeks, because i didnt start to notice anything until week 3-5.

Next time, i am going to run Anabeta 6 caps on training, 4 caps on OFF days and off on saturday and sunday. I didnt notice any joint pain or anything while on Erase Pro. I will continue to suggest all of these products that i have taken because they worked for me.

Toco 8 - Tastes chalky but mixes easily. scoop is very very small so you can take the whole scoop with a chaser or mix it with a drink.

TCF 1 - Tastes very good! I took 10 mL/day. on training days, i would take it pre workout, non training i would take at night. loved it

IGF 2 - sleep and recovery is amazing. one of my favorite products on the market. 4 caps in the morning, 4 caps at night

Anabeta - Ive taken this two other times before. really solid product PES made right here. Great for a bulk or lean gains. Increases your appetite and thirst. take 4 caps a day spread out. I took 2 pre workout and 1 post workout and 1 at night

Erase Pro - LOVE the fact its only 1 cap/day. Very easy to do. I feel like IGF 2 + Erase Pro leaned me out a bit. loved the feeling while i was on it. Like i said, didnt experience any joint pain. Took it first thing in the morning with 4 caps of IGF 2

I would suggest this PCT to anyone who wants to keep there cycle gains and even improve on them. I have to go to school now but ill edit this later with more info. just wanted to get a quick update. thanks for following guys.
