Mon Oct 5th(Day 20):

Tren Dosage: 90mg
Epi Dosage: 50mg
Workout: Bi's and Tri's
Weight: 240 (+20lbs overall)
Sides: Really bad shoulder pumps while working out, had to let the blood drain out of my arms, is this normal?
Notes: Felt really hyper, had that "drive" pretty much all day today. Then took a nap in the evening and woke up and felt lethargic then went to the gym. Decent workout with good pumps.
Wondering if the Low Carb Monster is what gave me the "drive" or if it was the Epi kicking in. I assume it was the epi, because I didn't feel it until after my first dose 10AM and the monster would have made me crash.
BP: 125/80 (and I took my Pre-WO because of lethargy)

*Had to make tape this morning (which didn't, stupid reason) so barely ate any protein yesterday, so that's why weight is still at 240.

Do you think it's best to take Epi with the Tren or spaced by itself between tren doses?
 
now that you mention it, i got insane shoulder pumps during my havoc cycle... but it seemed to be only on days i actually did use the, either way it was a bit excessive.
 
WHAT IS THE BEST WORKOUT(S) TO GET RID OF LOVE HANDLES?? ANYONE?!?!

i have the ab dvd from th p90x seres if you interested, its killer if you last though the whole dvd. Also try russian barbell twist or seated twist with e med ball

Thanks bro, I have the p90x too, just need to get around to doing it. I will have to try the seated twists!

ill second the seated twist w/ medicine ball. do em on a decline too! captains chair leg raises... just make sure to never lose tension on the abs during the leg lifts. alot of people throw their legs up and let them fall.. nope... not it!

Chest: Flat Bench Dumbells 130X14 150X9 150X11
Back: Seated Rows 200X12 200X10 200X9

Chest: Incline Dumbells 105X12 90X10 105X12 *For some reason the second send was painful so I went down in weight. Pain subsided after set
Back: Lat Pulldowns 160X16 180X12 180X10

Chest: Decline Dumbell Flyes 65X12 65X14 65X8
Back: Bent Over Barbell Rows 225X14 225X11 225X9

Notes: Upped the Epi up to 60 from 50mg. 150lb dumbells is my new PR and the highest dumbells we have in the gym :) I wonder want my max bench is as of right now. Hopefully it is 450 :)
-I'm bloating a lil right now, so I'm going to re-evaluate my diet and make some changes to it. Anybody have ideas of foods that are high in protein and low in sodium?
 
I've been eating seared bluefin/yellowfin tuna with pepper. Could saute some garlic in olive oil, pepper rub the tuna steak and sear the outside. Make it rare. Yum. If you really wanna go all out check out Point Loma Seafood.

your best bet would prolly be fresh fish and chicken breast. Turkey too, stay away from processed foods as they tend to have alot of salt. Where are you worried about your salt intake?

I'm having a lil bloat that I can't have because of the standards I have to upkeep at work, and lyfe recommended that I lower my sodium intake, and he made me aware of all the sodium I actually ate due to processed foods like cheese!

ahhh damn cheese!! but it is so delicious, I eat cheese like a damn mouse. My dinner last nite was some pepperoni and 170g mozzeralla chesse.. mmmmm
 
150lb dumbells... thats pretty impressive man! one of my staples in my diet is plain tuna out of the can. if it gets hard to swallow ill throw some hot sauce on it. but i pretty much eat it every day.

tuna with salad dressing mayo is great.. when I am watching calories I sometimes throw in some mustard instead of mayo, think mine is spicy brown mustard.. 0 cal 0 carb and it adds a lil kick it pick up the tuna
 
aahhh tuna outta the can with Tony Chaceries cerole season salt but just a lil it has low sodium too, but so spicy good. **** most of the tyme i would ather grab a MRB, RTD than fast food that and a banana and water.

MRB= Meal Replacement Bar, I like metrix SuperCookie Crunch Colosal 100
RTD= Ready To Drink, and can't go wrong with Muscle Milk or new Monster Milk
and I throw a Banana in there to counter the higher sodium in the MRB.
 
those Metrx bars are so good... damn i wish i could buy those out here!!! Its amazing what you miss when you go with out!

Hey i would rather eat one of thoses metrx bars than a cheeseburger, and i think there probably the best flavor out there and eating with a banana tastes that much more awsum. Hows the "Tape" race coming? Wuz thinking sittin in the sauna after every werkout will help ya sweat sum water out.

No sides so far, my strength continues to rise I assume that is a by-product (so to speak) of the epi. I haven't felt anything different that I felt on just the tren. My weight has stayed about the same for awhile. Once I make tape, I can get back up to 400g+ protein/day and I think my weight will start going up again. I am going to up to 70mg probably today or tomorrow.

I'm going to hit up arms today maybe a lil sauna sitting to follow. A friend of mine has some prescription type water pills that bodybuilders take pre-competition, he is going to get them for me and then it will just be those, low sodium and sauna time to get me where I need to be. I taped myself at 36 inch waist today. If they tape me at 37 inch waist I am fine, but the guys who did it last time didn't know how to tape me. I just need to get my waist down to 34 inches and I will be GOLDEN no matter who tapes me!
 
BECAREFUL with the diuretics, look at least at wiki's description of theses and their types, the wrong diurectic on cycle can really fu ck your liver up.

Notes: Due to making taping measurements for BF, I didn't workout today. Minimal calories and was way under on my wanted protein consumption.

What clone do u have? I have x-tren by CEL and was told it was different from ACL tren xtreme but I'm not sure
 
BAD NEWS...Unfortunately, I have to abruptly stop my Tren / Epi cycle. What do you suggest as PCT? I am trying to save as much money as possible but not skim on supplementation. Do you think it would be good to take Clomid(SERM), natty test booster, Liver Support, and Saw Palmetto...or do you think I would be fine with a Complete PCT such as BBS Complete PCT? The Cheaper the better, but I still want quality products.

arent you only soupposed to run a SERM only if you have signs of gyno? I have heard post cycle support is soupposed to have been designed specifically made for epi.. my pct is PCS, lean xtreme, reversitrol, and test hardcore.

yeah i have the same thing, its chemically diff, from the label, but i have read it shares the same effects. good enough for me, since the original is pushing 200 dollars these days!

How are they different, Aaron could you post the nomenclature from the ACL, and i have the nomenclature from the XTREN, they should be the same, one maybe labeled NOR19, and one maybe ESTRA, but i wuz under the impression that the compounds where the same, just a different way to write them out?

I could see maybe real trenbolone being different.

I have the 19-Nor, and yes they are the same, just written differently.
 
Yeah, thats what I thought unless sumones holdin out on sum real deal from 2004, tren clones are tren clones, or theres the deinlone or what ever thats different. did you gitthat email on PCT also?
 
no TOKKYO is sneeky, they just change the formulation of their products to dhea, dim , and caffenine, and say its a prohormone lol
