AMS/SD Pulse Cycle

OK, lookin at maintaining/gaining mass while leaning out as I pick up my training for triathlons. I will slowly be increasing my running/cycling/swimming as we get into July/August/Sept. What would be the best product for this cycle? I have 1AD/4AD/DecaVol on hand.

Possible cycle
4 weeks DecaSarm
4 weeks AMS ?/SD pulse/DAA
4 weeks PCT: clomid/AromX

I have never ran superdrol and have never done a pulse cycle so I can not speak of experience with that. I am not sure how good sd is for a recomp as opposed to a dry mass builder if you know what I mean. Also I am not sure how well it does for endurance for sport specific. For the AMS products I have no issue keeping up endurance and cardio while keeping strength. I would think 4 wks DecaSarm followed by 6 wks AMS stack should be pretty good. You could def add a stronger methyl like you suggest I just am not sure if sd would be the best option. Though pulsing the sd may negate some of the reasons I would doubt it for though I guess.
