hi there, i haven't ran any pro-hormones for almost 2 years now, and thought its time to start a cycle. i will be running this cycle for 10 weeks.Advance muscle science hormone regulation kit.
supplements:
1-andro(1-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one suspension)
4-ad(4-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one suspension)
PCT:
I3C
Arom-x(3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene suspension)
Noveldex(tamoxifen citrate)
CYCLE:
weeks 1-6
.1-andro 4ml to be taken 2ml upon waking, 2ml 60minutes before workout
.4-ad 4ml to be taken 2ml upon waking, 2ml 60 minutes before workout
weeks 7-10(PCT)
.I3C- 400 MG DAILY
Noveldex-60/40/20/20
Arom-x, 2ml upon waking, 2ml 8 hours later
Diet: ( i didn't make one yet, but it will be clean and around these amounts)
3300-4000 calories
285-350 grams protein
300-350 grams carbs
35-45 grams fiber
60-80 grams fat
Training:
monday: chest/abs/Am 1 hour cardio
tuesday:back
wednesday:legs/abs/ AM 1 hour cardio
thursday:arms/30 minutes cardio
friday:shoulders/abs
saturday: cardio or rest
sunday: Rest
I do a lot of compound lifts(squats,deadlifts,rows,bench,powercleans etc..)
Stats:
bench: 325lbs
squat: 350lbs
deadlift: 450lbs
weight:222lbs
bf%18.6(idk if thats right) i used a caliper(jackson+ pollock 3 method)
