Alright guys, I've been traveling like crazy and my body and strength have really suffered!

The guys at AMS have been nice enough to sponsor me with a run of liquidrone. my goals are to restore my strength and to do a lean bulk (left too much weight behind in China).

the cycle actually started last thursday...I've had some computer issues this last week and just got my new laptop today. I'll get a summary up asap!

good question!

So far, my best cycle was Epi last summer. I figured I’d be able to gauge the effectiveness of the liquidrone and still take advantage of some of the gains provided by a short Epi run.

I also considered running p-plex (have some on hand), but I wouldn’t be able to judge the liquidrone as well because I don’t have the experience with p-plex.

G-you interested in coming down to SD for a chest workout tonight?

AMS are good people, no doubt. from personal experience with liquidrone, you won't be disappointed. watch the syringe thingy though - when its full, its two doses.

I started taking the liquidrone last thursday and I think today was the first day that I could really tell I was using it. although my workout wasn't the most intense, I could tell that my strength was coming back more quickly now and I had a little more aggression.

I've also noticed that my muscles are getting more tight and dense.

I'm a little dissapointed with tonights status report!

today was Leg day, I hurt my knee in the first set of my first exercise!!!!

I started out with a warm up set of 135 for squats, on rep #3 I felt a pinch in my left knee. I decided to try one more rep while I paid a ton of attention to form and tempo; rep #4 was painful! knee was irritated for the next couple hours so I just called it quits, went home and iced it.

I've had patela tendonitis in this knee before, but this feels a bit different than that.
 
I hope the knee turns out to be nothing serious. I had a knee issue before the Arnold and they suck!

What did you do for warmups?

Should consider a light jog next time perhaps. 135 is not a proper warm up for squats.

I did 5 minutes on the spin bike and then 10 minutes on the eliptical trainer. I also stretched my quads and calves with a foam roller.

Maybe you're drying out a bit... I really didn't notice any kind of AI sides from epi.

it sucks, but I'm going to take it easy on it and see how it feels on sat. if it continues to give me trouble then I'll just have to switch to machines for a little while.
 
Thursdays summary:

didn't hit the gym tonight, but I did play in a league...I noticed some obvious improvements in my performance! seemed more agile, aggressive, and I never felt fatigued.

Something else I have not mentioned, I really enjoy the taste of the liquidrone...reminds me of spearmint gum :)

I can also tell that my muscles are already harder...met a new girl this week and she hasn't been able to keep her hands off my chest and arms :D

I'm incredibly pleased with my cycle so far!
