Ditch the Smith, focus on compound movements, and use the assistance lifts for extra hypertrophy and strengthening weaknesses within the kinetic chain.
idk, i figured i'd try my own for a little bit, based on the equipment that was available at my gym. now i belong to 2 gyms, so have more flexibility as the one gym is kinda limited. will prob go back to a proven routine in the next few weeks. any recommendations?
trying to add lean muscle. prob gonna do an all out bulk at the end of summer/early fall.
