drank about 10-12 beer last night and im 2 weeks into a havoc cycle. I took 2 cycle support servings and doubled my doasge on liver care last night, think **** will be fine? i dont drink to often anyways.

If you're skin turns yellow and you get sick, you're ******. Otherwise you should be ok as long as you don't keep drinking.
 
This is rediculous. I'm on a PH cycle and I go out and there is alot of alcohol.... But I don't drink it. Goddamn, people never learn....

Good point. I think that comes along with age/maturity sometimes. When I went out when I was younger (21-25) I always felt to need to have to drink. But now I could care less about drinking and still go out.
 
Pretty stupid, but you probably wont die, but like Ziquor already said, if your skin or your eyes turn yellowish, or you get sick or start getting pain in the back, go to the hospital.
