im a cowboys fan that news is horrible think romo needs to hang it up
 
I wonder how much Romos injury is going to effect Dez's production. Him and Dak have had some good chemistry, but Dez was going top 10 I cant see him being that good with Romo out.
 
yeah your RB are scary since they tend to get hurt easily, but the rest of the team looks good.

How many people are in this league? to get those 2 RBs plus OBJ, Robinson, Maclin, Allen, and Langford it cant be too many teams or people in that league are just really bad. Also if its a PPR league why would there be a run on QBs and RBs... I disagree with weak backs though I think Ingram and Hyde will have top 10 RB years if they can stay healthy.

It's a 10 person league

Because not a lot of RB catch a ton of passes. Ingram, Jeremy Hill, etc don't catch a ton of balls. AP, McCoy, Bell, etc catch passes.

There's also way less RB than WR. You'd never draft a backup RB but drafting a #2 WR isn't a big deal as they still see a lot of action.

QBs went because passing TDs are worth 6 instead of 4.

I get that a #2 WR is more beneficial than a #2 RB, but you have what, 4 #1 WRs on that list OBJ and Robinson should put up big, I think Allen will give up a good amount of his points to newly acquired Traviv Benjamin(my pick for this years sleeper), but still a good pick now. Maclin will get his catches and plenty of TDs probably about on par with last year, I think you are in good shape in this league. If Hyde stays healthy he is going to get a LOT of production.

Allen lead the league in targets by a large margin before his injury. Benjamin doesn't worry me. His knees worry me. I loved him at Cal and think he would have gone way higher if his knees weren't a question mark. Chargers got a steal with him.

All my RB are starter, but Hyde scares me the most. Not only is his health a concern, but QB situation is a mess. They have a new coach and that organization is on fire. Lot of unknowns. But having Davis back is huge for that OL.

I like Langford because Chicago does a lot of check downs to RB. Forte had 1.3M catches a year in Chicago give or take a few so Langford is in good shape
 
Back to our league though, hows everybody feel about their team? I would have liked to grab Demarco right where I C SPOTS grabbed him but he barely beat me to it. Julio and Marshall hopefully return to their same form of last year, Fleener with Drew Brees throwing is a TEs dream, and I think Eddie Lacy will be a force in contract year. I could be wrong but I feel like RG3 puts up some numbers in Cleveland. ICSPOTS me and you think a lot alike your team closely resembles a lot of my other teams.

Both o those guys I think will do great until about week 8ish, because both of those teams are going to rely on them till the wheels fall offif you can build up a lead you will be good but I predict Gurley gets a nagging injury early. You did grab you an absolute steal in Gordon hes another one I waited on and missed out. If he can keep from picking the pipe up once he comes back you have a gold mine there IMO.
 
Yeah, I kept my eye on Murray hoping nobody took him that round, my only concern is Jordy Nelson health, I did see many of you guys pass on Nelson even dough he is ranked high. I did mess up with Doug Baldwin when I wanted Langford for the same reasons as Woody describe and I do think there is lack of solid RB compare to WR in the NFL..

Travis Benjamin the 5th yr player played college in Miami I believe. He put up good numbers in clevenad last year in the midst of the mess that was Cleveland...

I think once Gabbert gets in the system and doesn't have to worry about competing for the job he will be alright, Davis coming back is absolutely huge like you said, their draft pick from the late 1st rd this year I think is going to be good too. Also a couple players who are healthy going into this year on the line that played hurt most of last year will be big. Carlos is tough I think a big reason he sat out last year like he did is because that was a dumpster fire that couldn't be put out and he wanted to save his body a little.

I agree about Langford I picked him up as well I have him and Lacy as my backs, Julio, Marshall, Maclin, kevin white, Benjamin, and wheaton as WRs.

Also on your roster I think Jared Cook is going to thrive in GB

Trade for Langford?

Yeh I didn't want to risk it on Jordy, hes great but too often ppl never come back right from that injury.... Looking through the teams though you and team gaspari seem to be the ones im most concerned with.... I really wanted Antonio lol.... Last year I had him, maclin, cooks, and gronk, and grabbed last years huge sleeper in doug martin .

That's a solid team I just cant get behind moncrief I felt like with where he was going in most drafts there was a lot better options.... I also didn't like how high Zeke went to be a rookie, I know I know Dallas oline is great but still..
Fleener and Allen now that they are on different teams and not hogging each others reps I think will both put out.

I thought you picked your QB too early, you snagged the TE I wanted, and that the lineup could be good but if I was you that bench would really worry me.

Solid team .. I'm not a fan of freeman but if stays healthy will put up huge numbers like last year.. I kno he had few 3td games and that offense will always move ball

I do love ivory .. He's such a stud and can't believe Jax got him, although they had that rookie last yr.. Ivory should steal the show

Hyde, witten, fritz would worry me

Hyde - shytty team
Witten - top tier but have known to didsapear without homo
Fritz - actually I don't know, each year he surprises you kinda like duncan but I would think his production have to decline

I can't stand pats and hate Brady with passion would never pick him even from FA lol
 
if u have Zeke, I'd stash Al Morris... there is a good chance Zeke gets overused, and 1st year RB's hit a wall mid-season (often)

Looking through the teams, there are only two people whose teams really scare me. However, we need to keep things in perspective. Being a 12 man league, each of us only has 1 or 2 sure things on our roster. The rest are questionable/sleepers. That is what I like and hate about larger leagues.
 
All i can say from my ffb experience is you never know how good your team really is it may look good on paper but you really have to wait and see especially in a 12 man ppr leauge 1 bad injury colud ruin your team

FF is like real life. See this year's Cowboys. Potential playoff team with Romo and now a huge question mark.
