AM + AH Cycle Suggestions

Hey all,

Will be starting an AM + AH cycle in a little bit and am gonna put in my order for the remaining supps when I get my next paycheck and wanted to get some suggestions on those supps as well as workout and nutrition.

I had a minor injury a little bit ago and am working to get back to my PRs that I had before jumping in AM, wanna be on top notch shape before I add that extra bonus. So probably looking to start Mid - September.

I've been running on the Anabolic Diet for a while now, love it, carb loads on the weekend, all great. Any specific suggestions on that while running AM + AH? Anything to consider?

I also do DC workout, but my arms are still lagging behind, my back keeps growing and it is getting really up there, but my arms aren't nearly where I wanted to be. I'm slightly worried my back will grow too much keeping DC while doing this, thoughts? Only concern is that I really enjoy DC and would love to run some variation on it and be able to continue with it.

And lastly, here's what I'm looking at:

2 Weeks of AM alone
2 Weeks of AM + AH
2 Weeks of AH

On cycle supps:
Cissus
Life Support
Celery Seed Extract
Garlic Extract
Some Joint Support
Vitamin C
Fish Oil

PCT:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Erase
DAA
Cissus
Life Support
Anabeta

How does that look? Thanks for all input.

As far as your cycle run them together for 6 weeks, 4 caps daily

Not best to go 4 weeks each, 6 caps a day, and so that the tail end of the cycle is more of a recomp effect? I'm worried the 4 a day may be low considering my body weight, no?

Not much of experience, did the old Androhard at 2x recommended dosage.

I don't recommend cutting into pct, so if you stagger I would go with AH first two weeks and finish with AM for the last two.

I like this suggestion.

Are you going to be keeping a log like you did for your Derm/AH-LV run?

Yessir, will do. Probably with before / after pics as well this time around.

I wasn't planning on "cutting" per se on the end goal, I would keep calories above maintenance. Regardless, would the stagger be better AH and then AM?

Guess question would be, lower dosage, 6 weeks long, or stagger, 6? Or all out I guess, 4.

Shameless bump...

Also to add that I'll be taking Toco and Endoamp on PCT

I like the length of 6 more, 4 will work but longer cycles are ideal imo

Longer cycles give the new muscle more time to mature which will allow you to keep much more of the gains past pct. short quick blasts are a wate imo.

6 at 4 it is then.

Any thoughts on anything that I may add to the cycle that would be good?

You've got your bases covered.

Great, almost set for this bad boy then.

LAST question... I'm going to be eating over maintenance, duh, question I've been asking myself is, how much over maintenance? I gain weight WAY to easily, so I would hope to pack on quite a bit of muscle BUT I would like to keep it low on fat. Quality foods won't be missing, I will be going through Metabolic Diet so I don't believe it will be tooooo horrible on fat, but still, opinions on how much above? 500cals?

Ok, I lied, this is my last question... Cardio, yes? no? How intensive? 20 minutes of jump rope ok not so much? Just low / medium resistance for 30 mins?

300-500 kcals over maintenance and absolutely do cardio (moderate would be best) for the heart benefits.

Agreed. Cardio is great for the ticker and imo a must year round. Intensity year round will vary though. Glad to hear your using Toco 8 and EndoAMp Max in your pct.

Sounds good, we talking 30 min moderate 3x a week then I'm assuming?

At least that much. Is that how often you train?

Well, I train 5x a week.

DC Training Mon / Wed / Fri. Usually jump rope + abs the other 2.

The 3x a week was taking into account trying to not overtire my legs either immediately after a DC leg workout or the day before.

Add in 1-2 (depending on fatigue) in addition to the jump rope/ab session.
