Would this be a Chuck-approved dosing variation on workout days?
currently follow directions for my build: 2scoops pre, 2scoops post. During my workout I consume BCAAs, taurine, glutamine, CM, BA, occasionally add carbs. whatever is left by the end of my workout i add some water and add my two post scoops of NosEther.
can i do this instead- one scoop pre, 2 scoops added to workout concoction, one scoop post?
