ALRI Tri-Lean

Kris

Board Supporter
Today is the first day of my attempt to drop the 20+ lbs I have gained in the last 3 months since starting a new job. I have chosen the Tri-Lean system along with Thyrogen-X to hopefully improve my chances of completeing this task in a timely manner. My question is how long would it be safe to run this stack? I have the 30 days but was looking at running it 45-60 days providing it was safe to do so.

You can use the tri-lean system for 60 days, but the thyrogen X, I suggest 30 days at a time with a break of 4 weeks in between. You may become accustomed to the effects of Hyperdrive as far as the stim effect but the fat burning properties are still there, even if you cannot feel it. Some people take 2 HD. You can also do a 5 on 2 off with HD just to keep the effects working better and getting a small break in CNS.

Hyperdrive is INSANE! I love that stuff!

Ya you wanna hear a funny story? We had a bunch of samples we gave away at the gym, some of the packages had like 1 smashed capsule so I threw them in the trash. Well I put the trash out too early and some fat old oppossum got into it and had those capsules all chewed up, lol I know he is probably still not sleeping!!!!!!! :toofunny:

If you were goping to recommend just one as a stand alone supp, would you recommend Venom Hyperdrive or Thyrogen X, and why?

One more question about Thyrogen-X. The product states that it should be taken with food. I was under the assumption that sups. that have an effect on the thyroid (trimax, T3, etc) are most effective when take on an empty stomach.

Well this is different, the prescription meds like T3 and T4 you do take on a empty stomach. But this is herbal and taken with food has better absorption rate, so please do use it with a meal :D

Yesterday was the 3 week mark and I am happy to report I am down from 206, to 190. I had some problems sleeping at first and feeling sick due to a cold and lots of hours at work but am glad I stuck to it.

Congrats on the weightloss, and I hope you feel better soon.

Awesome!!!!!! Isnt it great when a plan comes together!

Wow Kris, that is great news. 3 weeks and down 16 lbs. that's over 5lbs./wk. Now some of that is water for sure right away, you need to make sure that you are protecting muscle tissue by keeping your protein levels high.

Kris, do you workout with weights or do cardio or both? How's your diet looking these days? Those are 2 very important factors for long term success in keeping unwanted fat off.

Keep up the great work. :)

I would probably guess that maybe half of that was water based upon the rate that it came off and past dieting experiences. As far as diet and excercise, I do weights M,T,TH,F and cardio W and S. Diet has been very clean, chicken to the point where I might grow feathers, salmon, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, and some oats and wheat pasta. Supplements are multi-vitamins, fish oil, Chaos and Excel (which i have ran out of) , and a protien-blend. Calories are around 2000 give or take on my level of activities and how I am feeling. This is probably the first time I have gone more off of how I feel rather than sticking to set numbers. Im pressed for time and will post more later...

One more thing, the most impressive part is the appetite control. Im usually not one for self control when I see food in front of me and tend to over indulge but this keeps on the straight and narrow.

Looks solid Kris. Are you eating at a deficit at 2000 cals? Do you cycle carbs at all? Sounds like your w/o routine is pretty solid as well.

Viper, what would your suggestion as far as cycling carbs be? Just to lower carb intake on non-training days, or something else?

Quil, lol I wish it was that easy. Unfortunately it's a lot more detailed than that. Carb cycling has to ply into your overall diet plan in terms of calorie percentages and your goals, ie. bulking or cutting. Yes, essentially you cut out carbs or lower carbs on certain days of the week whether it be a non training day for some or a small body part training day for others. You also need to know when is the best time to cut off your carbs during the day to force your body to burn fat for fuel. So as you can see, it's not as simple as lowering carbs on a non training day. If you search the web, I'm sure there is some good info on it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm getting ready to transition from bulking to cutting, and I'm actually looking at the Tri-Lean system as my core supplements. It's a little overwhelming trying to figure out how to cut my carbs and calories to burn fat, but also to keep as much mass as I can. But I'll get it figured.

Sorry for the hijack.

Quil:
PM me your info and I'll see what I can do to to help out. Leaving for the gym shortly.

KRIS: How's everything going? Any new info you want to share?

not bad...
Everytime I try to take a second to post, something comes up and I end up not finishing my post. Anyways, about some of your previous questions. I didn't care for carb cycling when I tried it. I believe I am in a fairly decent deficit at 2000 cals. Next week it will be 30 days and I can give a wrap up and even have the courage to post the pics of my progress. I do feel that a number of things have held me back during this diet, those being:
1.) Lack of sleep (less than 5 hours a night)
2.) Cold/sickness
3.) Short/incomplete workouts
4.) Running out of Excel & Chaos
(my workouts just felt soo much better while consuming these)

Despite the above, the progress sure does seem above average compared to anything else I have tried. I do accredit alot to my appetite being blunted, something no product I have ever tried could manage to do. Im not sure if it was the Venom or my determination but it sure is nice.

as for taking hyperdrive on an empty stomach, do not do it. i did it once and i pretty much felt like death incarnate.

Congrats on your weight loss so far, keep up the good work man.

30 days wrap up. Short and simple as Im about to head back to work for an emergency software depoyment.

Day 1 average weight: 206
Day 30 average weight: 184

average was derived from weight upon waking and again after dinner before bed.

Happy with the loss, but felt it would have been better with me not being sick and getting at least 6 hours of sleep a night.

Hopefully I can post a more detailed response sometime this weekend...

Great job Kris, I like those numbers. That's some serious weight loss in a short period of time. How did you do on retaining muscle and strength?

Great, compared to past cuts/products, including T3/Alb & Trimax/Clen. I have had a very minimal loss in strength, but I attribute it to being sick coupled with having less than 5 hours sleep per night, then hitting the gym first thing in the morning.

UPDATE:

Week 6, nothing but hyperdrive @ 3 a day (with an accidental dose of 4 a day) for the last 2 weeks :run:

down a couple more pounds, sitting around 180, with the lowest I have seen on the scale 176

so 6 weeks, & a solid 25 lbs. I went from just about needing to crisco my jeans to fit into them, to needing to order the next size down

overall product rating: 8.5

(with 10 being the perfect no diet no excercise magic pill in a bottle)

downsides (for me):

* cost -although I have spent more and had achieved far less

* Panicy feelings of anxiety/irritability which seem to come from any stimulant I take, YMMV
