Was just wondering if anyone's tried this product on its own? If yes any positive feedback? We're there any sides?

In the info for the product there's a lot of mention about this being a 'prohormone replacement' is this just BS or is this actually like a PH?

I used to work for ALRI and Pro Anabol is similar to lets say Anavar. Very dry gains a lot of females liked it because it no guy side effects.
It's a decent supplement. It is not a pro hormone or 17aa methylated so no side effects like a prohormone

Waht kind of gains can I expect on a 8 week cycle? Whats the optimal dosage for a 200lbs male? Can it be used in pct?

Can be used in a PCT. Nothing major but it will give you a nice hard look. I used it all the time and liked it a lot. We had it in something called and EVO STACK which people used to put on several pounds of muscle. It had Jungle Warfare, Bad Ass Mass, Pro Anabol and Reverse. The whole stack worked in synergy better than one product alone. But we had people swear by proanabol. I think you will like it. Not sure if the evostack is around anymore. ALR merged with Hi-tech and not sure whether they kept the whole line. Author still hangs out in some forums and is always glad to give advice. Very smart guy when it comes to supps it was a pleasure working for him.

Tough call in a multi-ingredient product, but here are my thoughts on the Ecdy component.

It's true rubrosterone lacks the classic "tail", associated with the 476 Ecdy's thus identified (1) Please see Rubrosterone vs. Turkesterone chemical graphic below. Rather stark when you see it for the first time. Rubrosterone is nothing new though, first being identified in 1968(2). Japanese researchers have studied it, and found 7-keto DHEA 60% as anabolic.(3) I'm a bit confused as to the focus on the androgen receptor, as previous studies (done both in the West and Russia) have found no AR binding. A study (4) performed just this year validated its anabolic properties, called for it being put on the banned list but the study headline was what grabbed all the attention..

For the record, I think its interaction with the estrogen receptor doesn't explain its pro-hypertrophic effects. Rather, a combination of mechanisms is responsible. Given the broad range of benefits Ecdy conveys in mammals, there must be at least 1 cascade mechanism in play. When I wrote The Blueprint in 2009, I theorized that Ecdysterone worked via the PI3K/AKT pathway. Subsequent research carried out at Rutgers has confirmed this (5).

In skeletal muscle cells, phytoecdysteroids increase protein synthesis.
