ALRI I thought u were a "trusted company"

In the general chat forum I posted a copy of my review from BulkNutz about what a horrible experience I had w/ Impact Ultra and ALRI's customer Svc in general. (unreturned emails w/ 3 read receipts from their site's contact: Raven)

Back when it was new to the market I purchased two bottles direct from ALRI for the ridiculous price of something like $45 a bottle. The following is my review from Bulknutz:

One star is one star too much IMO. Responding to Aaron's question, yes, it's quite obvious given the low oral bioavailability of formestane and the use of a "sterile oil based solution," that the intended use IS pinning it. However when I got my bottle it had big flakes of some undissolved active ingredient in the bottom, which I had to heat to get to melt, and it still didn't melt.

I contacted ALRI 3 different times, got "read receipts" from their cust. service department so I know they got my emails. but they just kept dodging me. They never returned an email or phone call and now I'm stuck w/ two bottles of this usless garbage. which I (unfortunately) paid $45 each for direct from ALRI when it first came out.

It's too bad to because this would be a great product to use during the last few weeks of a cycle, to increase free-test, and start to drop cortisol levels to prepare for PCT. If anyone from ALRI reads this, I'd really appreciate two more bottles of this,(preferably w/o junk floating in the bottom) in order to give it a fair review."

I hope someone from ALRI will contact me via e-mail, or PM me on the Avant Forum to make this right, being as they've been avoiding all my attempts to email and call (They play the transfer & hold game) I was under the impression that ALRI is a stand-up company.

In a previous thread someone from ALRI responded that the painful "oral application" was from the ba/bb I had to add in order to disolve whatever was floating around. But if I wasn't sitting on the bottles for almost a month waiting for a response from ALRI so I could return them, I wouldn't have had to add anything at all.

How long before this thread gets deleted like the one I posted in the general chat yesterday and the one I posted in ALRI's forum earlier today

Well if you talk to any of the people who have been promised replacement bottles or other goodies from ALRI, it usually takes a while for anything to get done. I wish I had kind words to say about them, but there have been several incidents including the dominator/ergomax issue that was handled poorly. Also dont forget when ALR said that DS wouldnt be coming out with a pherabolix compound becuase they agreed not to......and now we have pheraplex. I have to say, there is some improvements in PR that could be acted upon by ALRI IMHO.
 
The one you posted in GENERAL Chat got moved yesterday by ME.. so it was not deleted but for some reason I can't find it right now but I do remember moving it... I just moved this one to the CORRECT forum.. do me a favor and post where it is supposed to go NOT in every other forum but the correct one

Hey Matt,
Are you saying this section is open for posting again?
Will the ALRI crew be responding to questions and such or is that unknown at the moment?

you would have better luck ordering from NP and let ALRI do what they do best, make the products
 
I personally didn't get any word that it was closed..
As for them answering any questions, I have no clue..

Actually I had the forum closed to stop a reporter from utilizing it for an article for the Washington Post without giving those who actually use knowledge, training and supplements as any responsible adult does (By choice), a chance to speak directly to her. It was left with a single thread for that intent. (Read the "other" thread, it is 5 pages and explained in detail)

It appears that you did not call ALRI as I have never allowed a phone system with any "hold or transferring" capacity. We use direct lines only as I hate to be put on hold or gamed. So please tell the truth. Anyone can call and validate that between 9-4pm M-F. But I do have to say in your defense that you would not likely go this dramatic unless you felt a real reason to be pissed. I got that part down and will get to it properly in a moment.

As to floating product, as explained in several post it was PS falling from suspension due to temperature and pressure changes from shipping to different areas, and why we are discontinuing it.

It is obvious that you are frustrated. I can understand that. But since I reviewed all of Raven's e-mail logs from the past 2 months and found nothing from you or anyone in this regard (we use a tape back up on the main server that logs EVERYTHING done on any ALRI computer connected to it. I have to say that there is without doubt an error somewhere or it seems rather unlikely you would be spending so much time venting on a board. True? It certainly can be ours and I would like to know where.

And I spoke with Raven this evening to ask about this. Raven has a near photographic memory for phone numbers, and a weird ability to almost always tell me who bought what when....months after. She knows I always back my people, right or wrong, because we have the best team there is for quality, innovation and integrity. So she would have no reason to lie. By nature I just want the truth so we can fix something if broken. She was totally lost on this.

Ouch, okay, 2 bottles of Ultra HOTter and some numzit.

Interesting: Someone else "appears" to break there word but we are to blame? Simple fact, DS eventually released a different single structure that certainly is not Pherobolix matrix, I opted to have no problem with it simply because Matt and Dr. D are friends and once forgave me for an error I had made. DS is a good company with some good people. I know, Evil ALR! Geez.

Replacement bottles? We have not been asked for any. Most simply know that falling from suspension require a little heat to cure. It CERTAINLY does not mean that I feel okay that it did, but the result was a couple questions answered. The only "replacement bottles we have sent is that we traded FOR FREE all the poor lads that bought that crappy knock-off Hyperdrol. We spent about $3K doing so JUST TO BE NICE once we were finally able to do our last run of Ergomax. Now that is horrible PR and customer service! No, but it was possibly a waste of money time and kindness if this is the thanks we get.

Amazing, I announced it in Core Performance mag first issue, wrote it several mag articles, posted it on AM. Simply because someone fails to believe the truth leaves them lost for reality. I can only assume this is another BB.com drama.

ErgoMax/Dominator issue? What part of my product labeled for another country and contract illegally shipped back into the US did you miss? I can do what I wish with my products and do not have to discuss my SA contracts with anyone but the ones that paid the bill. I killed the contract to avoid a ton of legal issues and more negative on the industry. I know..evil ALRI.
