Alphamine: sip it or guzzle it?

to struggle more then you may handle is useless as dream of finding happiness walking out from home door upon the day
 
Off topic, but would stacking high volume and alphamine togther to make a pre work work well. Or would any ingredentants counter act eachother. Like the yohimbine be fine n the pump effect still be strong??

Those two stack very nicely together.
 
Cooper dropping bombs on the new Amino:

1. High leucine content
2. 15g EAAs (in a specific EAA blend used in a human study that shows improved protein synthesis and recovery).
3. This is an actual intraworkout product, not a BCAA product that is marketed as intraworkout when we all know that BCAAs are best consumed preworkout in a bolus. Electrolytes + taurine help to this end too.
4. HICA
5. A novel recovery aid and performance enhancer, with all data conducted in humans (more to come upon the label release)

Is anyone else feeling there heart racing after just one scoop. This is the only pre workout thats done that.

I true them both last night and they're both incredible. Not only that, but they completely dissolve as well.

Actually trying this for the first time this evening...will report back my impressions.
 
Raspberry lemonade Alphamine goes well with pink lemonade High Volume.

Thats a beautiful thing. Its been tough for me to get in on the last couple insiders because they were run through "that place".

This worked well for me as early am pwo

I'm now on second week
-Alphamine (uk) 3 scoops
-Erase 3caps
-Forskolin 95 2 caps

After that i was planning to to take:
Alphamine (us) 3 scoops (Very excited to try the us version)
Forskolin 95 (1 cap)
Anabeta Elite (4caps)the question:

Should i keep erase in de stack? goal is recomping..!!

If possible, I would keep Erase in there (just don't run last 8 weeks).
