Alphamine: sip it or guzzle it?

Almost there....
 
Not tryin to hijack but would it be a bad idea to premix alphamine then just drink it later? Iike 8hours or so. That way I can take it to work 4 convenience

There's nothing in there that I know of which could get rancid so as long as the water and the cup is clean, I wouldn't see any problem with doing so.
 
I have been known to put Alphamine powder in a pill bag and pour it into my drink.

I even did it at a restaurant. Social leper status: high.
 
Am riding around town sipping Alphamine smoothies all the day
 
We have a slight delay on the protein so it won't be on October 1st I am afraid.

So, Ben or other PES rep, does this protein mishap negate the release of aminos and Citrus Splash alphamine and the epic insider that awaits us for oct 1¿
 
We have citrus splash Alphamine, protein powder and an amino product on the schedule so I will have to double check the schedule in terms of releasing each of them. :)

When I use Alphamine I am sweating before I even get to the dumbbell rack lol.

I started sweating when I saw Nutras new Alphamine deal: Invalid Link Removed

Really though I took some Alphamine before my afternoon shift today and then ended up doing some sprints (some of my athletes think I can't run and can only lift a lot ;) )...I was sweating so much it was insane. :o
