I can personally say that this is so true! Experiencing this in my current run with the two. The combo has made bulking for a low carber very fun! I've been able to incorporate foods into my diet that I would normally steer clear of.

Reduction in BF does result in bigger looking muscles..ive been told many times after a bulk when i cut that " I look bigger" meanwhile im lighter but muscle is more dense obviousley and will give u a bigger appearearnce..you ever look at some that u may say what do you weight 185 and they say no 175 or something like that,thats a prime example of the way muscle can make you look.Thats if you are working with a solid well built foundation,natural or unnatural.Now if u been training 6 months and lose body fat but have no muscle ,then ofcourse you wont look bigger.You will look smaller
