Alphamax timing

Label says "2 capsules twice daily separated 6-8hours".
Is it better to take it with or without food? Or doesn't make any difference?

I was thinking to take one around 1pm at lunch and the second one after workout around 7-8pm at dinner.
 
A Performax rep would probably give the best advice on this. One will chime in I'm sure. When I used Alphamax I did two in the am on a mostly empty stomach. Worked well for me. I would say if splitting doses 1 in the am and 1 6-8 hours later would probably be best.

Seems like adizzle got to you first! I personally enjoy taking 2 upon waking and 2 before bed. The two when waking just for convenience but taking two at night before bed makes the zma give me the best sleep

So there isn't any difference between taking with or without food right?
 
I usually always does with food mainly because I eat so much throughout the day ahha. but I haven't had any GI discomfort but it all depends on the user.
 
I do as was recommended above - 2 upon waking, 2 before bed or at least within a couple hours of bed. I don't stress over timing too too much. Stomach full or empty doesn't seem to have a huge impact for me, except I've noticed sometimes if I'm not eating much I get very, very aggressive while taking it. Eating makes this go away a little.

Take it on off days the same as you would on a training day. If your diet is in check and you know that calorie range will put you at a small surplus or deficit, then you should notice a drying out affect and increased vascularity around the 2 week mark.

2200 is slightly deficit for me.. My maintenance is around 2400.
 
First day, just the 2 pre-wo capsules.. Maybe I've already noticed a SLIGHTLY increase in vascularity.. Buy may be also because my Saturday's cheat day lol
 
It's the cheat day. The increase in food will definitely help you with a more full and vascular look if one is at a deficit.

I take it around 4/5 pm and around midnight when I workout.
While on rest days I take one dose around 12pm and the other one still around midnight.

I'm about to hop on Alphamax for the first time for an 8 week run this weekend. I gather from the above that it's cool if I:

First dose upon waking, second dose at bed time

or

first dose pre workout, second dose at bed time (if further than 6 hours out from your workout)

These seem to be the preferred dosing schedules from this thread and others I've seen. Currently doing a mild cut and have 8 weeks left so I decided to run it for the last 8 weeks of my diet.
