Take it on off days the same as you would on a training day. If your diet is in check and you know that calorie range will put you at a small surplus or deficit, then you should notice a drying out affect and increased vascularity around the 2 week mark.

Sounds good either way. Honestly for 1st dose just choose which is more convenient.
