Alphamax, Shift and Alphamine + Forskolin (Test Results)

That's fine. What's confusing is the combined trusting of complete anonymous strangers online

I am not a doctor. But I play one on an internet forum.

However...it is a good way to get multiple opinions all at once I guess.

He gave me 25mcg daily but divided. 12.5 in the morning and 12.5 in the afternoon .. and said since Free T3 is so low, he can adjust higher possibly 50mcg later on. That's when I got worried since online forums mentioned that any dose of T3 will make me lose muscle..

It is more likely that you will gain some as your cellular energy picks up and you start to find explosiveness in the movements at the gym. Keep us posted. Again, I am glad you found someone who knows what works and apply it.

Thank you very much! I'm not sure if is just a placebo effect ..but I already have 1 month without ec stack, or any other NATURAL supplement. like alphamax, or reduce xt. I literally stop even Forskolin, (probably will add this since it helps muscles). but after starting t3. I have been able to do more at the gym.

The more I read, the more I'm convinced that my approach of low calories and these PSMF diets hurt my metabolism..made my body convert all my free T4. to Reverse T3. and drop my Free T3.. and because T3 is so important.. my cholesterol and testosterone were targeted.

Really good to hear from you that maybe I can gain some muscles instead, since I keep reading that T3 is the enemy of muscles. I really don't wan't to use AAS or Clen.

It is no placebo. That is very much like coming back from a long diet except that you skip many steps and go straight to higher cellular metabolism. With solid T3 and of course cortisol, your work capacity would increase substantially.

As I noted on the last page, the low calories and therefore low leptin had the body likely only reducing cortisol to get the whole cascade of "misguided" T4 conversion :)

With the newfound energy and strength you'd likely increase your weights in the next few weeks. That would lead to muscle gain, not loss. I think there is data showing that really high free T3 impairs glucose tolerance so guys (and girls) end up looking flat and probably weaker than before. I doubt your doctor would push your body to such a state.

Anyone has taken t3 here? The doctor told me to take my basal body temperature, first thing in the morning. and after a week on 25mcg.. to increase it to another dose around 2pm ..now on my second week.. now I'm on 50mcg.. and my morning temp is 95.8 (pretty low) .. one hour later.. after I took my t3.. it was 97.9. He said I should be in 98s.. Is this normal? He probably is going to increase it more..for me to get to the 98s.. seems strange, because I feel really good. and started sweating while sleeping..

I also have a bpm of 60-64 after taking cytomel.. and I read this is low.. that it should be higher.. seems my metabolism was on the bottom end..and not even 50mcg can pick it up?

I also keep reading online that T3 makes you hungry..that you will be eating trees. That has not happen to me. I have almost a month already..small doses first..than 25mcg..now 50mcg. and I feel fine.

After using T3.. this are my test results!! WOWW Cholesterol dropped! dramatically!.. my T3 increased to normal.. but TSH is low.. (which we knew it was going to happen plus I read it's suppose to happen). T4 also dropped because the body is not doing it since it already has sufficient T3. I know in a perfect world I will want TSH, T4, T3 all normal. but this is the best I felt in a long time. I dont even need a pre workout anymore.

I used some pharma T3 at 100 mcg after up to 200 mcg of research grade T3 did nothing for me. The pharma T3 did nothing for me too.

I don't have blood work, so I just have to come up with theories and see what works. One thing about me is that, I have ALWAYS been below "normal" temperature. Typically in the 96.8-97.8 range. Even on T3 I would only get to the mid or high 97 degree range. Depending on what you read, some people just have lower temps and 98.6 isn't necessarily "normal".

As for the high rT3 levels - low carbs will have the biggest impact on this it seems - regardless of caloric intake. Even still, it's hard to find much science on it.

How is your sensitivity to stimulants? I ask this because I typically do not respond much to stimulants. I have literally popped a gram+ of caffeine and felt nothing from it in the past. After running some very high doses of 11-KT and presumably reducing cortisol dramatically, I can tell you that my caffeine sensitivity is through the roof. I can also tell you that I had 50 mcg of research T3 left in a bottle and I took it a few nights ago just to see and my body temp was definitely up. When I went to sleep my gf told me my entire body felt hot, even my feet which are normally cold.

I'm wondering if I have had high cortisol for a LONG time and it just seemed normal to me, and it was preventing T3 and stims from doing their thing. I am just theorizing, but I wonder if you've had your cortisol levels checked?

I did checked my cortisol, but not the saliva test (I wished i had read about it before). Before I use to take EC stack..3 times a day.. It wasn't bad for me..it just made me feel more alert.. which could be the same thing you had.. The strange thing is I was taking Reduce XT ..to reduce the possible "high cortisol" caused by ec stack or diets..

By the way..will you guys be concerned about the FT4 being low?

I personally would not

Thanks.. I will check my testosterone and free testosterone.. I had a mess with my hormones lol. One thing that worries me is that my SBHG was too high before taking T3.......and then I read T3 can elevate it more.. causing lower testosterone ..
