Extremely difficult getting up at 4 today cuz well I woke up twice last night to wake my girl up , that test is kicking in nicely lol. But still got up got my ass in the gym and glad I did

Decided to go with higher rep scheme today as I've been going heavy on everything so might switch it up a little bit this week
Standing bb shoulder press
45 95 warmups
135x10 135x9 135x8 135x8
Upright rows/ underhand front raise superset
95x12/40x8 x3
Seated Db lateral raise/bent over Db lateral raise
25x8/6 x3
Rear delts on the pecdec
70x12 x3 slow focused reps
Bb shrugs / little bar behind the neck . These were great, saving the Arnold presses for next shoulder say this week
225x12(5 second reps)/70x10 x4sets
Have class tonight teacher said from now on its free days so ill be in there tonight to have a good ab and cardio session. I'll try to get another reading from the BF machine she has in there, while I'm sure it's not 100% accurate my main reason for using it is to see if there has been an increase or decrease from the last time I took it right before the start of this cycle, not looking at numbers just how it's trending.
