Have class tonight teacher said from now on its free days so ill be in there tonight to have a good ab and cardio session. I'll try to get another reading from the BF machine she has in there, while I'm sure it's not 100% accurate my main reason for using it is to see if there has been an increase or decrease from the last time I took it right before the start of this cycle, not looking at numbers just how it's trending. Lol it's actually a lot better. As you guys know j go to a youfit, when I go in the mornings I mutter things like "I hate this place" and "what the fucc is this idiot doing" a lot less than when I go at 5 pm lol it just takes a long time to get use to the time change and even once ur use to it it still sucks 3 out of the 5 times haha

Lmao same here bro I was just telling someone Monday's are my longest days cuz I always have to work 8-615 and then school so I have to get my gym session in before work and usually by 2 I'm ready for a nap haha

OH, I almost forgot, what would you recommend for rear delts? My upper back is strong af and toned but the rear of my delts, I feel, are slacking. FireTitan smith_69

I like to mix between rev pec deck and seated bent over (as long as hairygrandpa isn't in the same room) db lat
single arm cable ext rev- BUT I like to do this at 3 angles, it take a little adjustment but you feel it- cable at lowest setting, pull away and out from your body, then move the cable pully up to the top and do the rev motion, down and away- finally, the reg extension with the cable at chin height

you know me, so you know that im about to say, if you start flinging the wgt, its useless, try to focus on the part 1/2 way before lockout, then engage the delt, and slow on the release

for cheating days, have your friend help on the rev pec deck once you have reached the full movement

Yes Brandinooooo this one time I will not make a joke about smith as every time he's given me advise on movements it becomes part of my routine . His version of concentration curls and his explanation of tricep pulldowns helped me out major before

As for my workout today ladies it was fuccing wonderful lifetime PR set previously as fat Alpha I had pulled 405 for 1 and it took everything from me , and failed many many times after hell I failed to hit 375 a couple weeks ago on this very log . But today I was feeling good about myself so I said let me try it and not only did I pull it for one but I pulled it for 2 and it felt so freaking light it was great I think I'll be able to make a good change to my pulls after this cycle.

Hit some biceps and got the fucc out felt real good . Still don't feel as if the test is doing as much as it should , I was able to confirm last night 8 out of the 15 lbs gained have been fat when I started machine read 191 11% BF (20lbs fat) yesterday it read 206 14%BF (28lbs fat) kinda has me down in the dumps plus the fact I haven't gained 1 lb since the first two weeks tells me it could all be water don't know what to do. My partner running it with me is getting bloods next week so we'll see if test is low dosed or bunk

Before anyone says it , yes I'm getting stronger but strength always comes easy for me I wasn't worried about strength . My goal for this run was to get above 210 which is what's hardest for me

Best IMO for rear delts, seated heavy rear db fly, agree in the reverse pec dec, and a cpl off the radar/ face pull and the rear shrug row. Basically it's an upright row from behind the back

It coulda just been a bad batch because I'm 100% sure the source is good , right/bottom picture was 9/6 11 days before cycle started left/top was yesterday and I am very close in weight in both pictures. I ordered a roid test kit and bloods next week if it's bunk I'll cut cycle off run pct (what I run depends on bloods) and try again next year , if it's not bunk , I quit lifting

what you are doing isn't bad at all, but based on the amount of intake vs what you are doing for growth, you seem to be past the midline of the scale. because of your met and your routine, you either need to eat more, do less reps and more wgt, or take a few days off in between.

all in all, from what others have done on logs, you always read, I only gained 5 lbs, or I didn't get to bla bla. there isn't anything wrong with how you look now and imo it is different from before.

but the best part about this, you know exactly what to do differently next time- eat more, heavier wgt, less reps. look at this, you could have posted the previous pic and then posted one of yourself at 260 and this would have happened

Thanks brother, will start focusing on heavier weight lower reps eating more I can try but it is difficult considering I'm at 4500 cals before the 2 big 100 bars in between meals and mass gainer shake I'm taking. I don't think I can afford to eat more lol

Looking at your BF %, the exemestane you took could have had a negative effect on growth, suppressing estro too much. At 500mg test/week most people does not need an AI, unless obese.

I actually agree with your opinion and was only running it to be on the safe side, however, I cut the exemstane out last week I'm fuccing helpless lmao

Your weight didn't go up, could be explained by the exemestane, guessing you are holding less water than normal.
I'm always fiddling with AI's and until recently I did not found a rule of thumb when- or how much to take.
At 500mg test -and some Trest pre-workout, I did not take an AI for a month, until my skin got really oily. Nowadays, that's the way I measure my estro, rubbing my finger at the side of my nose -and forehead. If it's oily, I take an AI, way before nipples get sore.

Test could have been under-dosed. How much mg x ml were supposedly in the vial?
Not responding to DMZ is not unheard off.
On the other hand, 500 mg test does not do "magic", at least for me. The oral that I'm stacking with does the trick.

275/ml I'm guessing it was under dosed. I don't think I didn't respond to the dmz I gained strength and had all the sides . The test on the other hand no sides or benefits for it ether , I haven't even had any excess acne and I'm very prone to it . I know it won't do "magic" but hell at least let me get above what I can get to naturally you know

I saw a vid from Rich Piana talking about test. He says (paraphrasing) Up to 250mg x ml could be legit, everything above isn't and would hurt like "mofo" trying to inject it. Now imagine your test was actually 150mg/ml. The exemestane would have killed mostly all estro, hence no acne and no gains.

I've read that before to from multiple people but the person I got it from has been doing this since before I was born and is family to me and gets it from the same supplier every time so I trust him you know . Plus he doesn't look like he's on fake stuff. Just incase I got more from a different reliable source . However even if it was let's say 125mgs/ml that'd put me at ~225/ week shouldn't that still have positive signs enhanced mood energy and at least some muscle mass at such a large caloric surplus ?

-Dbol, makes me feel ill (all others say it makes them feel "god like", me being the "god of sh1t" then)

-Masterone helped me to use less AI but had no other positive effect (like enhanced libido, getting leaner)
-NPP hands down the best effects (most expensive stuff, what a luck)
-Trest - love it but bad estro sides hard to control
-Anavar works good for a cut (also expensive)
-Tren gets me all the negative sides , unbearable

You could d-bol it up for 4 weeks and clean up any spillage with 4 weeks of winny

Don't care too much for Dbol I'll look some more into it but just gunna ride it out till I find out what's going on with the test maybe I'm just an idiot
 
The pics look very different. Fuller and leaner, not fatter.

The only thing that doesn't stack up is the machine reading, and if I was a gambling man I'd put all of ZERO dollars on that machine being very accurate. Unless you're laying down in a tank for a hydrostatic displacement test I take those tests with a bottle of Morton table salt. Mirror matters more.

Let us know how the tests come back!
