Lol at these pics. You actually look leaner than start, with more size and fullness. You're losing body fat, so if you want more gains you can eat more for sure. Maybe add a 400cal snack/meal in somewhere, like a pb sammich or extra cup of rice at 2 meals.
Thank you brother appreciate that, only thing is , I'm out of time lmfao when I'm not working or at school I'm eating, hell I started eating in the gym , what j did do was add 1/3 cup almonds to dinner and this week I been eating chipotle for lunch full bowl triple meat avocado rice beans and a tortilla wrap, might not keep me as lean but I'll take it lol it blows to not see the scale move . Gunna add in the 19nor this Sunday at 200 for the 8 weeks which will take me right into week 14 so pct the next day after it's over
