Lol I use the note pad on my phone too... It's the way to go. Thing I find about running a log on AM is how fckin organized I've gotten with training.

Another workout in the books. Pin day hit the left delt didn't feel bad at all but didn't love it , just being kind of twisted and so close to my face lol also felt real sore immediately but all good I hit my goal of not passing out haha

That slow heavy negative is a beast builder. At least on paper, that's what studies say really induced huge metabolic stress (to the point it isn't supposed to be used weekly). Makes me sore thinking about them!

Lmao I'll be tresting my health limits hahah

And yeah man I contribute my tricep strength to them , every couple months I'll do the forced reps for a month 3-5 reps with anything above 300lbs and last time after hat month I was repping 275 for 5 minimum . When I started throwing those in last year I was struggling hard with 185 lol that's what I had to use for the forced reps
 
Fighting the urge to go back to the gym so bad right now , got off work extra early and have nothing to do lol
 
Lmfao ok guys first official cheat meal this cycle . And it was a failure . Don't you fuccing hate when that happens , went to a pizza place and ordered a steak pizza , tell me what in the world could be wrong with that? Absolutely nothing, and it was perfect. Of course I ordered a plate of 3 chicken breasts on arugula, cuz , well, protein you know. But this is where it fucced up first it was raw then it was burnt and then they got rid of me and my girls favorite dessert , so not the best cheat meal which kind of discourages me from having more , which is a good thing I believe .

Well crossing off delts as a viable location. Wish I could offer some advice on how to relieve the pain man, but have no clue. At least it's your rest day, I guess that's a positive

Damn bro. Um, if the quads are painful as well, you could try your glutes.

Quads have gotten a crap ton better after the first time each time it's easier , idk why I really don't want to do the glutes lol I enjoy the quad thlu

Nah even when my quads where sore I was able to train no problem, again probably just cuz it was the first time on the delts that it's sucking but I planned it pretty good, pinned hit shoulders, rested today tomorrow will be legs and Sunday will be chest the "soreness" has only lasted a max of 2 days and that was only the first time I pinned the right quad the left quad was fine the next day and then the second time I pinned right quad it was almost nothing next day. Never the less I'm still going back to quads lol
