This ain't no joke, since my separation and even after it ended, January to now, I've been trying to be a good husband and have yet been hit on/offered nudies/offered sex by at least 3+ women... Unbelievable...

When you hit the 345x4, did you take that to failure or could you have honestly done at least 7 that set today? With deadlift, typically when a lifter exerts themselves sufficiently for the day....that's it. You get one good wad, and you blow it. So if 375x1 would be a PR, you would take 345x1 as a final warmup, save the gas for 375. You can then go back down and pick up volume, say 315 for AMAP (as many as possible, without form breaking down).

Wife still loved me when I was fat so may need to consider that option.
 
Days like this suck bad. Every little thing irks u and that feeds into everything else. If u can try to get back to gym later tonight do some lifts you'll feel good about, normally I'd say do biceps but u did them, so pick something from the end of your split and just rep, you'll feel really good and end night on a high note which should feed into tomorrow's session.

Sorry guys hectic day at work, full of stupidity so far lol , my problem is not really people watching its just they get way too fuccing close and throws me off I want to tell them it'll be $20 a show lol. But Hyde that wasn't full failure I know I had a minimum of one more in me lol but it wasn't a 1rm attempt I really thought I'd get it for two :(

I actually started putting those little 2.5lb plates on when I maxed 410 the first time. Did my 135 but it was 140 and 230 and 320 then 370 and then 410. That mental barrier I couldn't jump from 365 and if I did 405 I was done. Lol.

Lol yeah man that's how you gotta do it once you hit those numbers, I've pulled 405 before but when I was Fat Alpha lol, and had to stop for a while cuz of pain now I'm working on it again but it was 100% a mental thing I know I coulda pulled it I was just in a bad mood
 
Fuccing bullsh1t day today man, got to the gym and had to turn around and go home to handle something and then didn't get back in till 545 at which point I had an hour and 15 minutes left for back and biceps and then failed twice on a pull I shoulda been able to do no problem, and for some reason everyone wanted to stare at me my whole session i seriously wanted to curse them all the fucc out but idk I was just pissed off at the world. then had to be at work early and the days starting off like crap but fucc it I guess .

I see some posts with like 900 total reps and they post that it took 45 minutes, and I am like WTF?!? I thought I was a friggin snail amongst a bunch of jack rabbits :D

Lmao I plan an hour 45 per workout usually and on my days off I'm in the gym 3 hours easy man I've never understood the 45min workouts lol , and it's not cuz of rest time it's grinding and pounding and throw in so much stuff when I have time lol . I'd hit traps forearms calfs abs and cardio at the end of the workout everyday given the time haha

So I came home and there was fresh bread and filet mignon ! I haven't had a cheat meal since the start of the cycle so I think a 12oz chicken sandwich and steak will not damage considering macros will match regular meals 5 and 6
